Overpriced and Underwhelming Service

I was expecting Bonzah to be cheaper than all the big brands, but ended up paying much more than I anticipated. The base price was fantastic, but once I added the mandatory insurance and the various fees, it wasn't such a good deal. Pickup was very slow, and the customer service reps did not seem too concerned about assisting me. The car was okay; however, it smelled like someone had been smoking inside, which was unpleasant for a long drive. I also had problems with the return process?I dropped the car off on time, but they charged me an extra day's fee. When I called to dispute it, they gave me the runaround and never settled it. I would not choose Bonzah again and pay a little extra elsewhere for better service and fewer surprise charges.
