Then I noticed some discrepancies in my billing, so I reached out to Branch to get it sorted out. So far, I've sent them probably about six or seven emails and made like five or six phone calls. Nothing has changed. I keep getting, 'Oh yeah, yeah, we'll take care of it.' And then nothing happens. It's frustrating and disheartening, and at this point, if I don't get a response tonight when I make the call, I'll cancel the policy.
