High Interest Rates, Tough to Repay
The loan process with Big Picture Loans was very quick and easy. The interest rates applied here are extremely high. I did not know how much I would be repaying until it was too late. The repayment is tough because they cannot view the idea that would charge so much money in the long run. The customer service was no very helpful when I tried to call to discuss my options. I will only suggest this service if you're sure that you can pay it off within a short time. If you don't, then the interest will go and drown you in debt.

Too Costly
I took this loan because I needed to get money right away. The problem is, the interest charges on the loan were far too costly. At least by the amount that was paid back. Not knowing how much I was actually going to end up paying was huge. This is a bit of a stretch for something that's not going to solve an issue long-term unless you can pay it off right away.

Not worth it long term
They did a pretty painless application process and provided funds quick but the horrible interest rate, not a great deal. I ended up paying much more than I borrowed, and the repayment process confused me even more and made me feel uncomfortable. I was trying to contact customer service to get support, but they could not offer any flexibility. The high cost of borrowing with Big Picture Loans outweighs any benefits of the quick service.

Regret Taking Out a Loan Here
I regret ever taking out a loan with Big Picture Loans. I took care of my problem pretty quickly, however, of course, through those high interest rates that hardly anybody knows how to handle. I took the loan thinking that it was the short-term solution for my financial problems, not knowing that an even shoddier situation would come along. The customer service for this place is really hard to get hold of, but whenever I was finally able to get through the line, they were no help whatsoever. I am paying for a loan with the worst interest rates. No one should be subjected to this.
