Worst Experience Ever

Ria Money Transfer has provided me with the worst experience. The transfer of a family member in another country took far more time than needed. I called the customer service several times, asking them about updates, but the people attending my calls do not seem to be familiar with my case since they give me conflicting information. It took them several days before the money came through, but it was very stressing; nobody should experience that. They have boasted of having efficient services and better communication, so there is much to be desired.

Unreliable Service

My experience with Ria Money Transfer was very poor. It was my first time using their services. The transfer was to be completed in a few hours; however, it lasted nearly three days! It had to be chased several times, and every time it was given some other story of what was going on. It was actually really frustrating. I will rate my experience with Ria as simply decent because, for sure, there is potential for improvement. The process of transfer was smoothed out for me, but I would see the app crash at some instances which is quite frustrating when using it.
