Mixed Experience
Auto Credit Express does a good job of marketing themselves as the helpful dealership, but my experience wasn't all sunshine. The initial process was relatively efficient, but things went awry rather spottily once things went further. I sometimes felt I was being led astray on the loan terms. Furthermore, even though I told them that my credit condition was poor and wouldn't be an issue, every little detail seemed scrutinized. Very nice the customer services were, but not as lively and responsive as I would have wished them to be. Sometimes, days were going without answers to my questions. In the end, though, I got approved; however, the experience, in my opinion, could have been smoother and more transparent. Future customers would do well to write their questions in so that clarifications are sought before signing up.

Could Improve Communication
Service was helpful in such, but I was rather left out of the loop. Customer service was amiable, but needed to be followed up on multiple occasions for updates. They were friendly with my credit issues, but clearer communication would have relieved me of so much stress. All in all, it worked out, but not as hoped.

Just the Ticket for Those with Credit Woes
Auto Credit Express made financing a car possible when I thought it was out of the question. With a credit score well below what most lenders would ever approve, the willingness on behalf of Auto Credit to work with me was most refreshing. It's been effortless through the application process-they explain everything patiently-and it was easy for them to communicate those details with me. It was very reasonable and I loved the fact that it was real expectations rather than empty promises. Though it took a little time to go through the process, I still managed to acquire the loan that I needed. On the whole, I would highly recommend them to anyone else who has credit problems.

A Lifeline for My Situation

Disappointed with the Interest Rate
At first, I was excited to work with Auto Credit Express because they seemed keen on helping me despite having some problems in my credit record. However, the interest rate quote they gave me was quite a bit over my budget estimate. Second, there was no transparency as far as the total cost was concerned, and I was rushed into signing with the lender after the signing. I attempted to contact support to get further clarification about what they were providing for my terms, but they would seem more interested in getting me to agree on it and not explain everything. The amount they were charging was quite over what I would have been comfortable with. In fact, I eventually found better terms from elsewhere, but unfortunately, it came a bit too late as I had already trusted Auto Credit Express. They should be more transparent with customers about all possible costs up front.
