Smooth and Reliable Transfer
Sharemoney has been smooth with regard to transferring funds to my family. The website is simple and it took less time than anticipated to transfer money. I do like that the fees are transparent and they were comparatively decent against other services. Frustrating Delays and Inadequate Communication
I used Sharemoney because of competitive rates; however, the experience came out bad. My transfer was delayed, and there wasn't any notice of issues until I contacted customer service. The response was sluggish, and only at the third e-mail message did I get an appropriate answer. My family was in need of receiving that money as soon as possible, but I ended up leaving them waiting for days with no word about what happened to the deposit from Sharemoney. Yes, I do understand that there could be errors, but there should be at least some proactive approach toward keeping the customers updated. Lack of transparency and poor response completely frustrated the whole experience. And I hope that Sharemoney will work on communication channels at least in cases like mine when timing is important. For now, I am not anxious to finally use this service again, as the trust that I had was ruined.

Terrible Customer Service and Unclear Fees
I tried Sharemoney for the first time, and it was somewhat a disappointment. Well, right after setting up the transfer, I found out the fees were really much higher than expected, plus additional fees not explained so clearly. When trying to call the customer support for further clarification, I had to hold and received very general responses that failed to tackle my specific questions. It seemed like issues could not be handled. Even worse, though, was the fact that the transfer took ages against what had been advertised to make it the 'fastest' way to send money. My family had to wait for days, and I was feeling so out of the loop. I expect much more professionalism and transparency when it comes to a large company, but this experience will have me very wary of using Sharemoney in any respect.

Service Unreliable and Badly Managed
I thought Sharemoney was a good option, but my recent experience proved to be the opposite. The transfer I did was highly delayed, and when I contacted customer support regarding this, they couldn't provide me with a valid reason. It was as if issues were not taken care of from their end. The process took a little longer than the time that they had promised, and my family had a financial inconvenience based on that. What most irritated me was the lack of communication that came from them. No updates, no apologies-just the feeling of being left in the dark. I can understand occasional delays, but this experience made me question Sharemoney's reliability. I would probably seek other services for future transfers.

A lot of Problems with My Experience
I used Sharemoney, thinking it would go through easily. Well, that was a headache. The process was not really understandable, and the fee structures were not clear. After fighting with the completion of the transfer, I finally experienced delays that no one ever mentioned upfront. I am in contact with the customer service to help me with this, but responses were very slow and unhelpful. Lack of accountability was such a disappointment since my family was in dire need of timely assistance. I don't recommend Sharemoney for service that should, at least, be effective and efficient, let alone open. The stress that this put me through outweighed any supposed benefit. I will not likely use this service again and will have to look elsewhere.

Delays and Inconsistent Service
Sharemoney has been inconsistent at best. Even though previous transfers went through okay, my recent transaction was delayed. Without any explanation of why this was occurring, I was left in the dark as to whether the transfer was even completed until receiving an email update after several inquiries. While the customer support team was pleasant, they did not appear to have a clear answer as to why the delay occurred. These kinds of reliability issues make one question whether Sharemoney is worth the headache. I believe that communication and timing estimates should be more accurate. It is very frustrating to have delays and not have any clear explanation as to why, nor any update. I'll consider other options next time.
