Too many errors
I got three exemption certificates, and two of them had incorrect business info. I pointed it out, and it still took them a week to fix. I lost time and couldn?t make tax-exempt purchases as planned. They didn?t take much responsibility either?just said it was a ?technical issue.? When you're paying for tax help, accuracy should be basic. Not satisfied at all.

Service didn?t match the expectations
I read some decent reviews online but my own experience was very underwhelming. There was no real timeline followed, and they didn?t proactively update me on anything. I had to ask for every small thing. Felt like a lot of money for a very basic and slow service. I wish they were more upfront about how long things would actually take.

Missing clarity and follow-through
Their team knew the basics well enough, but I didn?t get proper follow-through after the initial onboarding. I was told I?d get regular status updates but had to ask every few days myself. A couple of documents weren?t uploaded properly and had errors. I had to point it out. This isn?t what I?d call professional handling. Polite people, but I don?t think I?d recommend based on my own case.
