Excellent Service and Expertise

Medicare Solutions has been an immense help in selecting the right Medicare. I was inundated with questions and concerns, but my representative was more than patient and knowledgeable. He helped me to navigate complex options by explaining them thoroughly; what I really enjoyed was his honesty and professionalism. They weren't trying to sell me something; in fact, they were more than willing to assist me in choosing a plan that met my healthcare needs and fit my budget. I was able to feel really confident in my selection and never once felt rushed or pressured. It was smooth sailing from the initial call to the final decision. This is truly the first call to the final decision, and I absolutely highly recommend Medicare Solutions for anyone who feels like they're drowning in the sea of Medicare options. They are very easy in making it stress-free, and I am very content with the service. In fact, if I need some more assistance, I will definitely go back to them again.

Rushed

The agent was very courteous, though I did feel that he was in a huge hurry to make up my mind without fully explaining all the options to me. Honestly, I wanted to ask more questions, but he sort of made me feel like he didn't have time for that. If I could have had more time to understand more of the details, it would have been better.
