A Painfully Slow and Uncommunicative Experience

I bought gold from Monex within the last month. For what I had heard, I was expecting an almost painless experience. The experience did not live up to my expectations. My orders were delayed several times, and I have to call repeatedly just to get status, which typically is vague. The representatives were polite but had no excuse for why the orders were delayed. Given the fact that gold is heavily priced, I would expect a better service coupled with communication. My gold took almost a month to arrive, and this process was trying, though the product was fine. All the time, I felt uneasy and doubted if my investment was secure. For a transaction as big and important as this, I am appalled at the service received, and I will never entrust Monex again with any transactions unless they have improved on some of these issues.

Not much variety and very unhelpful customer service

I was extremely disappointed with the nature of metals that one could find in Monex. When I went there with such a lot of dreams, it turned out to be such a huge letdown, as they promised much but delivered so little in terms of diversification for investment. However, customer service in Monex was not even satisfactory as I found them a bit in a hurry while speaking with the officer when there were certain queries related to the expected purchases. I was treated like just one number rather than a valued customer investing in the company. I am thankful that I was successful in ordering, but not confident with the selection for the fact of lacking the proper guiding light to direct the way from the company. For precious metals, or even more, with transactions of that magnitude, I would expect better support from that company. I wasn't satisfied at all.

Well, trying to buy gold from Monex was not exactly the most delightful experience that I was longing for. Although choices are aplenty, navigating through the website is really not fun, especially if one is a novice in precious metals investment. Getting me through to finalize an order took several attempts, and the support here did not really make things track for me. The gold order was also delayed without proactive updates from Monex on how it would affect my delivery, thus I had to reach out myself. Because of the amount of money and because of what I am about to experience, I should have expected an easier experience, a more streamlined process. The gold itself was good quality, but the service was relatively suspectible that I would not try Monex again anytime soon. It is a huge potential company but needs improvement in the functioning of its site and in communication.
