Disappointing Experience and High Fees
My experience with Atlas Personal Finance was far from positive. The application process was relatively easy, but that's where the good part ended. I was shocked by the high interest rates and the numerous hidden fees that weren't clearly explained upfront. Even though I was approved pretty fast and the loan amount was good, the total cost became too heavy because of the inflated rates. When I tried to get a clarification from the customer support, it was pretty slow, and they did not seem too concerned about addressing my issue. The repayment terms were also vague, and I could not keep up with payments. The worst part was that I could not refinance or renegotiate the terms, although I had asked for it. I will never recommend Atlas Personal Finance to any person who needs a clear and fair lending service. They were more concerned about making a profit than offering help.

The customer service was the most responsible for worsening the experience. When I was facing a financial crisis and sought help, there were long silences and unrealistic answers that merely elaborated on the position. They showed no interest in me as a customer. There was no flexibility regarding the loan, and when I requested a change in the schedule of repayment, there was no support. In general, the loan became more of a burden financially than I had anticipated. I would highly recommend anyone to look for better and fair options for personal loans.

Hidden Fees and Poor Transparency
My experience with Atlas Personal Finance was poor. The process was fast and very easy; however, when applying, they never told me what the total amount of charges that would accrue from taking out the loan was. It was not until after signing that I noticed how many other hidden charges occurred and increased my debt significantly. The interest rate was much higher than what I had anticipated, and the loan terms were more of a trap than a fair financial product. When I contacted customer support to ask about the fees, they responded very slowly and were unsatisfactory. They provided me with general answers that didn't solve my problem. I also found the repayment schedule incomprehensible and did not find any apparent flexibility to increase/decrease the amount according to my financial flexibility. All in all, a very painful and expensive exercise. I wouldn't recommend Atlas Personal Finance to anyone seeking an uncomplicated loan with clear-cut terms.

Not Transparent and High Interest
I was really optimistic about using Atlas Personal Finance, but it turned out to be a regretful decision. The process seemed easy, but I soon realized that the interest rates were too high, considering my credit history was decent. The terms were not explained clearly, and I felt misled by the lack of transparency. The loan payment schedule was extremely rigid and unable to adjust easily to meet up with the month's payment commitments. At times, when I reached the customer care lines, their feedback was delayed and unhelpful. They do not provide solution or even another alternative for adjusting the loan arrangement. Time after time, and with time in mind, came the issue with high interest with mounting fees to pay. I actually feel that Atlas Personal Finance had taken advantage of my situation. I would rather search for better companies with much better customer service and clear and fair terms.
