Acima Leasing. This is quite literally one of the worst financial decisions I have ever made. The interests and fees amass so swiftly that unless you like pain in the form of maintaining a grave budget, it's unrealistic. The payoff amount was astronomical, and I feel stuck in some kind of perpetual cycle of endless payments. In light of all this, I would say that the customer service was not very responsive to what I raised as concerns and lacked transparency right from the start.
