Effortless Insurance

INSHUR made it really easy to get me insured. In just minutes, I could get a quote and finalize the policy through their mobile app. It was pretty easy, and they were pretty transparent with the pricing too. Don't even know if I have to make a claim as of now, but so far, I am very satisfied with the service.

Terrible Customer Service

Had a really hard time with INSHUR's customer service. Needed assistance on account of a billing issue. Took over two weeks to get a proper response back. It does good when buying through the app, but when you need support, it's a different story. Either won't answer the phone or will keep passing you around to various different people with no outcome. I finally got someone, but by then, I was already frustrated. For a company that talks so much about convenience, their customer service is very inconvenient. I am thinking about going to another service next year.

Convenient and easy to access

The App of INSHUR really saved me so much time in looking for insurance and delivers a stress-free experience as well. There is no need to deal with agents, and all papers are completed online. Easy, Fast and Cheap

switched over to INSHUR as I wanted something easy to manage and affordable. Their application was the easiest I have ever used, and I could be insured pretty quickly. Needs Better Support

While it is amazing in terms of buying insurance through the INSHUR app, the customer support really has a long way to go. Few Flexibilities Available when Choosing Options regarding Application

INSHUR was very friendly, but there was definitely an arrangement restriction as far as options had for coverage were concerned for me. They would have loved to give more flexibility and options for adjustment in policy customizations. Although it went well without bumps, I did not find what exactly I was looking for when it came to coverage.

Good Service So Far

Not Satisfied with the Process Claims

Filing a claim with INSHUR was a long and painful process. The application through the app was painless for the purpose of getting the insurance policy; it was the claims processing that dragged on for weeks. There was little communication by the company, and each time I had to query the status, the answer was vague. It wasn't anything like my claim, and I did not feel as though it was taken very seriously. Because I had to follow-up several times, it did indeed process, but it came in far later than I expected. Overall, not satisfied on how they handled things.

Best experience so far

I've had insurance with other companies, but with INSHUR, this is the best one ever. Everything was online-from getting a quote to signing up for coverage-which meant plenty of time saved. Their prices came out cheaper than my previous provider; more importantly, I believe I'm getting better service in total. I have had them for six months. Everything ran super smoothly. It was really easy to manage my policy on the app, and I loved that the customer services team was pretty fantastic when I needed them. In general, I am more than happy about switching to INSHUR.

Coverage Was Ambiguous

The INSHUR app is really user-friendly, but the coverage detail was really confusing for me. I couldn't understand what they would be covered for; customer support doesn't make it clear either. It's quite easy to sign up for their service, but unclear coverage makes me think twice over using it.

Poor Communication

A lot of the platform on INSHUR is convenient, but significant drawdowns would have been more important to me if I got any kind of communication when I needed it. Days passed before a customer-support rep had time to even get back to me with something; what a bummer. Coverage is pretty good, but I expect much-quicker service should I need help.

App Bugs

Most of the time, the INSHUR app is amazing, but that was not true in a few instances. It crashed twice at the confirmation page when trying to pay and that was pretty frustrating since I had to restart the process several times. Their support team did not do anything to solve this problem.

Easy, affordable insurance

INSHUR made buying my car insurance super easy. Decent Service but Needs Improvement

INSHUR was quite okay generally, but I didn't really enjoy the customer service. As soon as I wanted to ask something about the policy, I waited forever before getting a response. The app is all right, but the fact that there is no customer support when you really need them gets one frustrated.

App Is Junky

Signed up with INSHUR because it was convenient, but the app on my end has been glitchy. It wouldn't update my payment information, and it would crash on me; I had to re-do that process multiple times. Customer support wasn't that of much assistance when I called to report the problem, so frustrating. Easy to sign up the first time, but getting into dealing with app malfunctions makes this far from smooth so far. I would expect a more dependable system, and for a company touting itself as digital first, I would expect their app to actually get better with use. Hopefully, they'll address these problems shortly.

So far, I have been using INSHUR for six months, which has been a good experience overall. It is actually pretty easy to use the app, and arranging my insurance was relatively efficient. Although the sign-up procedure in INSHUR is fairly simple, I found it difficult to grasp their policy terms-most especially regarding the cover limits. The App is a Game-Changer

I have had an amazing experience with INSHUR. It's just so easy to use, and it has made such a change in how I approach my insurance and my overall process altogether; I abhor dealing with traditional insurance companies because of the time and hassle associated with that. This is one of my favorite things about INSHUR: Everything I can control online, and it's very fast. It's great for users because they won't spend much time filling out forms or talking to agents. Very Long Waiting Times Related to Claims

Although the app itself is okay for policy setup, totally a different picture about claims. It was really slow, and communication was fairly bad. It felt like to get the usual update on the status of my claim, I had to chase them up. Not so great at the time when you need this service.

Bad Communication with Claims

I recently had to raise a claim with INSHUR, and it was a pretty bad experience. This is simple to use, but the communication of claims is just really bad. If one files a claim on the app, then it takes follow-ups several times just for getting an update. Every time I did call to have a question, I was put on hold for what felt like forever or passed to some other individual who had all the incorrect information and could not answer my questions. The entire process dragged on so terribly and, I guess, I was expecting it to take quite a bit shorter than that. It kind of felt like they didn't care about my problem at all. I should think an insurance company should give you better communication with getting your issue resolved. It's such a shame because I actually started liking the app at first, but this really has changed my feeling towards INSHUR. Well, I think that's all for my coverage.

Excellent for Rideshare Drivers

As a rideshare driver, it's been very tough to find cheaper insurance that could cater for what I need. INSHUR was cool because this application gave an opportunity to get coverage that would work.
