Customer service, while polite, was wholly unhelpful in explaining why this repair was not covered. It is maddening to pay every month for coverage that does not fully deliver when needed. I would encourage others to read the fine print with careful attention and to manage expectations. Protect My Car does cover, but very limited; most of the repairs are not included. Just make sure you understand clearly what is covered and not covered before buying.
