Lack of transparency in claims
The process of claiming was slow and unclear. I expected more prompt communication after filing the claim. I had to follow up on it very frequently. The support team was polite, but they did not guide me properly. My claim was only partially reimbursed, though much later than expected.

Good for short trips

Affiliate customer service
The customer services in Seven Corners was rather very responsive to queries that I had. I would say they were on top of the game since the options in coverage were straightforward to explain, thus a straightforward way to choose and commit to. The claiming process is pretty fluid too and, as such, seem eager to close my issue as they also followed through with every notice along the way though I needed some extra time to realize a full payout.

Widespread cover overseas
I traveled with Seven Corners recently. Coverage was offered and so the options that were presented concerning emergency medical needs had my reassurance, thankful though that nothing was called on. Very easy and quite reasonable for the buying price. Hadn't claimed yet but happy as much security this company presented my travels to be good for.

Great support to send packages overseas
During our prolonged stay outside of the country, Seven Corners was our provider, and I really felt well-covered. Unfortunately, I did experience a minor medical problem, but it is here that Seven Corners' team really shines. They explained every step to file a claim against and let me know everything they were doing along the way. The customer support people were professional and showed a very genuine interest in my problem. It is such a relief to have that kind of prompt support, and all of my claims were handled in a very timely manner. Good experience for family travel
I purchased Seven Corners insurance for our family's international trip, and everything went very well. Bad experience
Seven Corners offers pretty good policies, but the claims process was frustratingly slow. I needed help very quickly and felt abandoned in my hour of need. They had me bring over several documents, then I had to wait even longer while my claim went through a review process. Not a good time to have things dragged out. It is a stressful enough time anyway.

Great for peace of mind

Smooth purchasing experience
I bought travel insurance from Seven Corners yesterday and had the best buying experience ever. Website was super easy to understand, description on coverage was absolutely clear and concise. So, prior to buying me, I shot them a bunch of questions, and responses were extremely responsive and more than knowledgeable. I was pretty amazed at how efficient Seven Corners dealt with my last-minute cancellation of flight. I did the claim online and received a response quickly from there. Good value for the price
I actually bought Seven Corners travel insurance for my last trip. That proved to be an excellent value. The several policy options I saw were relatively cheap, mainly because of the emergency medical care they'd provide. I didn't need to make a claim, but knowing I was protected felt good. The customer service team answered the questions I had at first, and in general, I felt that I'd gotten a good deal and could consider them for my future adventures.

Easy to purchase
I needed a pretty inexpensive policy because I was a solo traveler. Seven Corners had everything I was looking for at a pretty good price. Great coverage for adventures
I traveled to South America and purchased Seven Corners travel insurance. Their program has extremely comprehensive coverage in adventure sports, which really impressed me. Unsatisfactory claims experience
Had issues with claim processing after getting sick while abroad. Took weeks and communication was not consistent. Eventually I got a partial reimbursement, but that's quite frustrating overall. Would tell Seven Corners to work on their claim efficiency to prevent this fiasco.

Lengthy claim process
Coverage options from Seven Corners were decent, but really, the claim process sucked. I got an unwanted medical condition on the middle of my trip, but I submitted my claim at home after returning. To my surprise, it took a few weeks to get an actual response. Then, I'm asked for multiple additional supporting documents. Then, the wait again before they initiate processing. It felt they didn't want to approve the claim. The annoyance was building up because most of the post-trip things had to be handled while trying to get further follow-up. In return, I got a partial payment, which was really nothing compared to what could've been returned according to how the policy stated. Indeed, the insurance company may have its process, but the whole process is all drawn out and bureaucratic-like, and I feel they can do better in seven corners. They have to streamline the claims process when it comes to customer experiences.

Very reliable travel insurance

Even though I had to cancel my trip rather than take it, so had not to file any claim on the policy they handled their customer service with expertise that will make me likely to suggest them to anybody requiring it.

My experience with Seven Corners was dismal, as they denied one of my claims. Just a minor incident happened with me while traveling; when I submitted the claim after a while, it got disapproved with some ambiguous reason. I didn't quite get the terms well-defined at the time of sale. Clearer information up-front would have helped me better decide.

Coverage confusing and inadequate
Seven Corners had offered several levels of coverage and I thought I selected the appropriate one for my needs. A problem arose and the claim was denied based on 'policy limitations,' which were never explained to me at the time of purchase. Days ensued in order to get paperwork and contact support only to discover that there would be no reimbursement. The whole process left me frustrated and feeling that support wasn't there. Clearer explanations about coverage would have led me to choose differently. I was disappointed and disappointed, and I'd advise others to ask a lot of questions before buying.

Prompt and efficient service
