I had read several good reviews of eCapital, so I went in with rather high hopes, but my experience was far from what I anticipated. The process of applying for a loan with them was unnecessarily complicated and very paper-intensive. After submitting all of the paperwork, the wait to be approved took much longer than they said it would. And during that waiting period, I heard nothing, so I was left entirely in the dark. The responses from customer support were slow and unhelpful, and I had the feeling that they were going through motions without actually attending to my issues. The money did come through, but the entire experience was already marred by the bad communication and unwarranted delay. In the end, I wasn't satisfied with the service, and I don't think I'll consider eCapital for any future needs. There are better, more efficient options out there.

My experience with eCapital was absolutely dreadful, mostly due to their customer service. I had made my application submission along with the complete requisite documents; nevertheless, there were times when they seemed to just go silent, forgetting to reply over weeks. As a matter of fact, if I ever send emails and missed calls went entirely unanswered in vain. It so was the case in my experiences and when somebody's voice eventually hit my line through their voice-response system. Vague, completely unhelpful responses showed the apathy in considering customer service among the concerns held by eCapital. This lack of support left me stressed as I was sure I had messed up and they were never going to send out the funds for me. So, I lucked out since the funds actually did go through eventually, but at the same cost in terms of stress that wasn't worth even getting the service. I do not think I will recommend eCapital, and definitely never use them again.
