Helpful Customer Service
I recently financed my mortgage through NewDay USA, and the customer service was excellent. Representatives knew their stuff and explained the entire process to me. They were patiently answering all my queries and making efforts so that I was quite comfortable with terms. The only drawback was that it took a little more time to close the loan than I was expecting, but they kept me updated and informed, and the final rate made up for all that wait. So, their service is satisfactory, and I won't hesitate while referring them to other people who would like to refinance their house.

Smooth Process and Great Outcome

Great for First Time Refinance
I have refinanced for the first time in my life, and NewDay USA made the whole process clear and simple. The team took me through step by step to make sure that I was comfortable and ready to move forward with each of them. Customer services were excellent; and I felt supported all the way. Paperwork did indeed cause delays sometimes, but it was always followed by a very speedy response and work towards trying to resolve any issue instantly. I would realize higher interest savings overall, which in the long run means that I will save money. Overall, I was pleased and would go so far as to recommend NewDay USA to anybody who is considering refinancing.

Disappointing Experience
I decided to refinance with NewDay USA. Once more, the experience was disappointing. The process took an incredibly longer time than they initially stated; it seems like a lot of paper shuffling occurred. Requests to resubmit documents had to be done several times, and no one on their team seemed to be on the same page. I also felt that, for most of the process, I was kept in the dark with hardly any communication or updates from their side. Based on their reputation, I actually had expected a much smoother experience, but frankly, it was a headache from start to finish. Even if I ended up with a lower rate, the stress and frustration of dealing with them outweighed the benefit. I would not allow them around someone who wanted fast or a smooth refinancing process. The lack of organization and transparency only left me feeling very disappointed and frustrated.

Slow and Frustrating Process
My experience with NewDay USA was not what I expected. The process of refinancing took much longer than anticipated, and communication was poor. It sometimes took days to get a response from their team, and it really put a delay on the whole process. There were numerous requests for the same documents-they even requested some that they had already requested. I felt like I was repeating myself. It is actually funny because they finally managed to sort out everything, but the whole lack of planning and communication made the process very frustrating. Overall, I never felt like they were as open about some of the fees and timelines as they could have been. I managed to get a better rate, but it didn't sit well with the hassles and delays. I am aware that the refinancing process takes time, but it would be much more helpful if NewDay USA could adequately communicate what has to be done and at what time. I would never send anyone to them unless you are ready for a long and tedious ride.

Unorganized and Frustrating
My experience with NewDay USA was frustrating right from the starting point. I felt that they did not keep anything organized, and we were experiencing delay after delay with the refinancing process. In fact, they sometimes asked me to submit the same set of documents multiple times as I received almost no communication from their team. Every time I thought something was actually being moved, there would be another problem that would slow everything down. Secondly, they did not disclose to me all the fees attached to the loan, and I ended paying over than I would have initially expected. It was so stressful and frustrating with that lack of transparency combined with poor communication. It really felt like chasing them, and nobody knew the clear answer. Well, I got a better rate, but I would not recommend NewDay USA to others as they should improve their customer service and organization.

Too Many Delays
The refinancing process with NewDay USA was full of delays and miscommunications. I was assured that it would take a few weeks, but after months full of paperwork issues and unclear instructions from their team, it failed to come to a simple close. I had to present documents over and over again, and every time that I thought we could close the deal, there was yet another delay. The representatives that I had to deal with were very friendly, but they did not seem to have much on top of things, and I was often left hanging for an update. Although I eventually got a better rate, the experience was far from silky. I wish they'd been better organized and clearer about what lay on what timelines from the start. In the end, I kind of feel like I was just another file on their desk, and not knowing when things were going to get resolved is frustrating. Not so sure that I would recommend them based on my experience.

Poor Communication and Delays
Had the worst experience ever with NewDay USA. The communication was horrible throughout the refinancing process. I didn't get very many updates, and the ones I got were either vague or not of much help. The process literally felt like a constant follow-up to get even the most basic information and felt dragged out through every step of this process. It just went on for months. For their part, they weren't transparent regarding certain fees. And so I ended up paying quite a bit more than I had anticipated. This was frustrating and stressful because of the lack of transparency and communication. Overall, the hassle was not worthwhile to gain a lower interest rate. Being an organization that boasts itself as veteran-friendly, I expected much more. I would not recommend NewDay USA to anyone who needs easy and hassle-free refinancing. Very disappointed.

Confusing Process
NewDay USA confusing refinancing process. Same documents have been requested multiple times, and communication was unclear. It seemed that no one was on the same page at the company, which caused delays. But I did get a lower rate, and it wasn't worth the hassle.

Excellent Customer Service
In this NewDay USA company review, the customer support was very helpful and reactive. I did have some concerns with refinancing, and it was nicely settled up in a short time. There was a little back and forth with documents, but nothing too irritating. It was mostly hassle-free, and the outcome is good.

Happy with the Outcome
My experience with NewDay USA was, overall, very positive. The team that was explaining the refinancing process was very helpful and took time to discuss with me the whole scenario. They were very patient with questions I was asking, also updating me on what was happening in general. Final stages did take a little time, but they quickly worked out to get everything settled. The new loan terms I got were even better than my previous mortgage; I am pleased with the results. NewDay USA is definitely the best mortgage company where one can get all types of good services and competitive rates without a hassle.

Seamless Refinancing Experience
I recently refinanced my home through NewDay USA, and the experience could not have been any smoother. It was a professional team that assured me of knowing everything at each step of the process. It made the process very easy and hassle-free by being very responsive to questions that I had. My current rate is much lower than before, and in that respect, I am really happy with what I obtained. The representatives were friendly; they took time out to explain to me the details of the loan, and I felt comfortable with everything. I am overall very pleased with the service and definitely would use them again in the future.

Disorganized and Slow
I found NewDay USA very disorganized for my refinance process. They kept requesting the same documents only to ask again. The whole process took months longer than what they promised. Overall, the lack of transparency and communication really frustrated me, and I would not go about recommending this place based on all the experiences I had.

Great Service for Veterans
I'm very satisfied with the service NewDay USA provided. They explained and guided me through the process of my loan with the VA since the first call and treated me like family; they have patience, are professional, and didn't surprise me with any unnecessary things about the progress of my loan. The team was always really easy to get in touch with and return calls promptly. I was able to get a lower rate of interest, which will save me money over the long term. The closing process went very smoothly, and they made sure that all paperwork was in order.

Helpful and Knowledgeable Team
I recently refinanced my home through NewDay USA, and the process went pretty smoothly. A very knowledgeable team on VA loans; great customer service all the way through. They explained everything in detail-most helpful, and this was my first time refinancing. The only negative is that there was some delay on final approval, but they kept me informed on how to try to get things healed up to quickly correct it. I was finally able to secure a much better interest rate and terms on the loan than before, which will save me money in the long run. I would definitely refer NewDay USA to any other veterans or anyone else looking to refinance his home. Everyone was professional, responsive, and took the time to answer all my questions.

Helpful Through the Entire Process

Helpful Supportive Team
NewDay USA definitely made my refinance home with a minimum of hassle. Their teams were really supportive and always available to clarify my questions. They walked me through every process step by step, and I felt informed and confident at each stage. A little approval delay also didn't prove to be a problem with their lucid communication. Easy to Work With
I worked with NewDay USA without any stress. The team in place was very professional, and the process of getting a mortgage made the entire process pretty straightforward. They made sure I knew what was going on at every stage and kept me informed. The representatives were friendly and more than willing to answer any question I had. One little hiccup was a delay in processing some documents, but they got that taken care of promptly. In the end, I refinanced at a great rate.
