Nice Property But Terrible on Communication
I purchased my property with Damac and though I am quite pleased with the apartment, I am certainly not pleased with how Damac handled the handover. The delivery has been delayed several times and every time I needed updates. It is such a pity since the property is indeed wonderful, but the process of its making was terrible.

Disappointing Service
I was pretty excited to invest in property through Damac Properties, but unfortunately, the experience was a disappointment. The project took months behind schedule, and communication from their side was not very responsive. I invested in a Damac apartment. Of course, I had much hope from the investment, but unfortunately, it has turned sour for me. After the date promised for the completion of the project was getting delayed repeatedly, there wasn't a clear word regarding the issue from the side of the team. On reaching the property, there were many uncompleted parts that seemed very frustrating. The overall experience was stressful, and I?m still trying to get some of these issues resolved. It?s disappointing to see such a high-end developer with such poor execution on customer care.

The whole estate has been crafted beautifully, with luxurious finishes and modern amenities. The handover was without a hitch, and there was no problem as far as moving in was concerned. Damac has customer service staff that is fantastic and always makes you feel valuable all through. I definitely can refer them to someone if he or she ever seeks investment in real estate.

Frustrating Delays with Terrible Communication
While I was thrilled to be buying property with Damac, it was a very frustrating experience for me. The property itself is beautiful, but the process leading up to handover was full of delays, and communication was poor. Sometimes, I would have to chase updates. When I finally moved in, I noticed a few issues that should have been addressed earlier, such as unfinished fixtures and some maintenance problems. I expected a more seamless experience for the price I paid. After several weeks of trying to get these issues resolved, I?m still dealing with some minor repairs. The lack of transparency during the process was disappointing. Overall, I feel that the service was not up to the mark that Damac promises. Though the property has potential, the hassle wasn't worth the experience.

Good Property but Not Delivered on Time
I bought an apartment from Damac recently. The property is great, but I am not satisfied with the overall experience. The process of buying was fairly smooth, but the handover date was not met. I had a particular delivery date set for me, but they were late by more than two months. There were very minimal updates given, which put me out of the picture. The final key delivery was also marred with some small issues that needed correction in the apartment, which made things even more frustrating. Not Worth the Wait

Great Property, But Too Many Delays
Damac delivered a good property but made the experience frustrating by having far too many delays for handover. Communication regarding the reasons for delays was almost nonexistent.
