Disappointing claims process

I came into this whole Upsie concept with rather lofty expectations. To my disappointment, the claim filed was painfully long and aggravating. More so, approval was even way past my expectancy, with so many follow-throughs that my patience got worse. Overall coverage is quite satisfactory, but when it comes to claims experience, it falls quite short. Unlikely to be renewed.

My experience at Upsie was nowhere close to how I envisioned. It was all very easy with signing up. From then onwards, everything is bad. In case my tablet breaks, which did happen; it took the company so much time and efforts for claims and is very tiring. I had to refile additional paperwork multiple times. I thought each time that was it, and yet I got another delay. The customer support wasn't very responsive, and when I finally did get a hold of someone, they seemed to be in disarray and could not provide me with any information. It took them far too long to process the claim, and by the time I finally received my replacement device, I had already lost trust in the company. I would not recommend Upsie to anyone looking for fast, efficient service. Their delays and lack of communication made the whole process much more stressful than it needed to be. I will look for a more reliable provider in the future.
