Packaging Needs Improvement
Products came in a broken box with some of them smashed inside. The packaging was not tight enough for delicate catering items. Customer care provided a refund for part of the items, but a replacement for the damaged ones would involve ordering again and waiting longer. The quality of the items is good, but improved packaging should be considered to prevent such incidents. Hope this gets better with subsequent orders.

The forks were too fragile and broke easily, and some plates sucked up moisture and became weakened by it. For the cost, had hoped for more robust products.
