Too Pricey for What You Get

The application was pretty smooth at Lendumo, except that their interest rates are absolutely ridiculous. So, I end up paying an absolutely huge amount of money more than what the loan is. Sure, they do deliver their promise about quick funds, yet the cost makes it very hard to recommend it to those who would need a fair loan.

Misleading Terms

I felt that Lendumo's terms were a bit misleading. Everything was fine when I initially applied for the loan, but it turned out to charge me more in fees and interest upon repaying. One may say their service is fast; however, one must read all the terms and conditions before applying. I was not easy, at any rate, when trying to contact customer service when speaking about my repayment options. It's not terrible but certainly not one I'll use again unless they fix up their transparency.

High Shocking Interest Rates

While the loaning process was pretty smooth and fast, I was shocked at how high the interest rates were applied. I know that short-term loans always cost more, but I didn't expect Lendumo to be so expensive. Overall, I paid so much more than I had budgeted to pay for the loan. Although they did call me right back, I wish they had been clearer as to how much the total loan would be. If you're in a pinch, it works, but it's not something to use long-term financial help.
