The app interface is nice, but I ran into a lot of issues trying to make changes to my policy. Sometimes, the app would freeze, and I?d have to start over. I also didn?t find the customer support very helpful when I had questions. I expected more from a tech-focused company like Lemonade.

Lack of Flexibility in Coverage
I like Lemonade?s app and overall service, but I?m frustrated by the lack of flexibility in adjusting coverage. When I tried to increase my renters insurance to include additional items, I couldn?t do it easily. The process wasn?t as customizable as I hoped, and I ended up going with another company that offered better flexibility.

Terrible Claims Experience

Good Concept, Poor Execution
Lemonade has a good concept, and I was excited to switch to a more modern, app-based insurer.
