They also appeared inattentive, as the team did not seem to be properly informed as to what to expect. I had to call multiple times to receive a proper update, which frustrated me further. Several attempts did not leave me properly satisfied with the result. The whole process was utterly unprofessional and shabbily managed. For future projects, I will seek a more reliable service provider. RTS did not live up to their promises and I would never recommend them.

Poor Customer Service and Results

RTS was a terrible service provider with bad customer service. The results were far below what I expected, and from the beginning, the communication was terrible. I needed to call in several times for updates. When they did respond, it was often unclear or dismissive. The project was delayed multiple times without any explanation, and the work that was eventually delivered had numerous flaws. I was promised a high-quality result, but the final product didn?t even come close to meeting my standards. I had to spend additional time fixing mistakes that should have been caught earlier. Lack of professionalism and accountability can be seen at every stage of the process. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service and the product. Unfortunately, I will not recommend RTS to anyone because of my terrible experience.

Missed Deadlines and Poor Quality

I was really dissatisfied with my experience with RTS. The project was delayed several times, and nobody clearly communicated the reasons for those delays. Each time I asked for updates or progress on this project, it seemed like an end; I was being sidestepped and brushed off. The work quality was quite low; I had to go through every detail myself, pointing out issues that should have been caught early on and corrected. Despite all the revisions that still don't get it, I really left feeling that the final result was far from the vision I had for it. The lack of attention to detail and lousy communication made this process incredibly frustrating. There's no way I'll use RTS again, and I suggest that the rest of you avoid them at all costs.
