Not What I Expected

The product description made this sound much better than it is. The bristles on the brush started falling out after only a few uses, which is rather frustrating. What made me expect more of that quality was the price. The bamboo is a good idea, but the handle feels a bit flimsy. All in all, I am not satisfied with durability and performance. Poor Quality Control

I ordered a set of cleaning cloths, and one of them came with a huge tear in it. This definitely shows that the quality control was lacking. I called customer service, and although they were courteous, the procedure to get a replacement was not very easy. The cloths are thinner than I expected, and they do not seem very absorbent. I am concerned about how they will hold up over time. This experience has made me not want to buy from Full Circle again.

Overpriced for What It Is

The cost of this soap is too expensive compared to the other environmental friendly products out in the market. I appreciate that it is made from an environment-friendly pack. However, this soap doesn't lather so well and lots of soap has to be used to properly clean my dishes. It leaves a slight residue on my hands too. Its performance does not outweigh the price tag. I would look for an alternative with a better value for money the next time around.
