Worst Purchase Ever
I was really excited about my order, but disappointed when the vaporizer I bought stopped working after only a few uses. I tried to get in touch with Vapornation, but it took days for a response. Their offer for a return was poor, and the shipping costs for a replacement were high. Would not recommend this site.

Not Worth the Money
The vape I ordered arrived with broken parts. Quality control seems to be an afterthought, and when I called customer service, they told me I had to send it back at my expense. The whole process has been a real pain, and I feel like I've wasted my money. For the price, I expected much better.

Decent Product, Not Great Service
The vaporizer itself is good, and it works well, but I was really unimpressed with Vapornation's customer service. I asked a few questions about shipping delays and got really vague responses back. It took some time for the order to process, but there was no update through the wait. The product is solid, but the slowness of the service combined with uncommunicative made me hesitate to order again. A little more transparency in that respect would have made this experience better.

Great Product, Minor Issues
The vaporizer from Vapornation is indeed great. It heats up rather fast, gives great vapor, and is easy to use. My only issue was with delivery; it took a couple of days more than the shipping that was promised. I gave customer service a call out, and they were timely, apologetic, willing to listen, and offered some partial refund for the nuisance. The product itself, great; the shipping process might need some work.

Not Happy With The Vape
I had high hopes when it came to Vapornation, but it was definitely a disappointment. The vape I bought didn't work right since day one. It didn't heat up properly, and the vapor was really bad. Customer service took well over a week to respond to my email. Once I was able to return the item, I felt like it was overly complicated and took way longer than it should have in the first place.

Solid Products, Needs Better Shipping
The product that I ordered from Vapornation is great. It's just what I wanted, and it's of high quality. However, I had some problems with shipping. It was a few days late, and I did not get a tracking number right away. Once it arrived, everything was perfect, so I'm happy with the quality but the shipping process could definitely be improved.

Excellent Experience
I've ordered several vaporizers with Vapornation, and each and every time, they've always managed to exceed my expectations: fast shipping, well-described products, and customer service available for any questions. Most recently, I had an issue with a vaporizer that didn't work right out of the box; no hassle, they sent a replacement. Great Product, Slow Support
They offer pretty good vaporizers at Vapor Nation, and mine works fabulously, but I did have some inquiries about maintenance that took rather too much time to receive a reply from customer support. Arrived on time, product-wise, but feel support could be faster, which is what one would come to expect with such high-class products. The product itself is great, but service has to be quicker.

Not Worth the Wait
I have ordered a vaporizer from Vapornation, and it finally showed up, but the process was less than perfect. I didn't receive any tracking information, and it took almost two weeks for my package to arrive despite my paying for expedited shipping. Customer service was polite but offered no resolution upon my complaint. The vaporizer is fine, but I would be very reluctant to make another purchase with this company due to their poor service and shipping issues.

Good Value for the Price
Overall, I?m satisfied with my Vapornation experience. The vaporizer I bought is great for the price I paid. The only downside was the delay in receiving tracking information; it took about three days longer than I expected. Still, the quality of the product is excellent, and I would consider ordering from here again despite the minor shipping hiccup.

Disappointing Service

Not What I Expected
The vaporizer that I purchased did not come near the description on the web page. It had very little battery life, and it was anything but smooth when it came to creating the vapor. Customer service never helped and continued asking for more details, when, in fact, everything was given in the first message. Disappointed with both product and support. Maybe try another site next time.

Extremely Frustrating
After receiving my vape, it turned out that it was malfunctioning after only a few uses. I contacted Vapornation for a return, but it took them almost two weeks to respond. When they did, they said the warranty didn't cover my issue, despite no clear instructions about it on the website. Very poor experience.

Poor Quality

Terrible Customer Support
I ordered a vaporizer for a gift and got the wrong color. Then, after contacting customer service, they took their good time, and when they did reply, they couldn't even offer a solution other than to return at my own expense. In what should have been an easy transaction, it turned out to be a headache and one place I will never buy from again.
