Pleasant experience, minor seasoning
The butterscotch cake came fresh and had a light flavor. The sponge was soft and didn?t feel heavy at all. I did notice one side had a bit too much caramel drizzle, which made that part extra sweet. Very disappointed with taste and delivery
I ordered a chocolate cake but it was dry and tasteless. The sponge was hard in places and the frosting too sweet and artificial. Also, delivery was delayed by over an hour with no updates. The packaging was flimsy and the cake box got damaged during transit. Overall, a very poor experience. Definitely not what I expected from a reputed bakery.

Cake ruined by poor delivery handling
The cake looked nice in pictures but when it arrived, the box was crushed and the cake was squished badly. Icing was smeared everywhere and the cake was uneven. Good but slight lag in communication
My birthday cake came right on time and the chocolate was rich. I liked the texture, very soft and not dry at all. However, I didn?t receive any delivery tracking info after placing the order which made me unsure. I had to message them directly to confirm. Other than that, the cake quality and flavor was very satisfying and well made.

Tasted fine, not very exciting
The cake was okay overall?basic chocolate sponge with cream. Wasn?t bad but also didn?t feel very special. Texture good, but flavour kind of average. Fresh box but lid stuck frosting
Got a chocolate cake with whipped cream frosting. It tasted very good, and the cake was soft and smooth. But when I opened the box, part of the frosting had stuck to the top lid, which spoiled the look a little. Maybe the box was too tight? Otherwise, the flavor and size were perfect. I?d just ask for better packaging next time.

Tasty but frosting too thick
The chocolate cake was very flavorful and had a nice soft center. The only issue I had was that the frosting was really thick in the middle, which made it too rich in some bites. Tasty but looked rushed
The chocolate fudge cake was dense and chocolatey, as we hoped. It tasted homemade and fresh. However, the sides weren?t frosted properly?could see some sponge peeking through, and the writing on top was a little shaky. We still ate and liked it, but it didn?t quite feel like a celebration cake in appearance. Would probably try again but might call to confirm finishing is cleaner.

Cake arrived messy and taste poor
The cake came later than expected and the box was torn on one side. Because of that, the icing got smudged and the cake looked messy. Taste was bland, and the sponge felt dry. Flavors decent, topping a bit artificial
I got a butterscotch cake for a friend's farewell. The base sponge was soft and fresh, and cream smooth. Fresh daily baking is obvious
The butterscotch cake I ordered had a smooth texture and very natural taste. You can really tell it was freshly made. The cream and sponge were light. My only concern was the writing on top was too small and a little hard to read. Still, for the price and freshness, it was more than satisfactory. I would order again with custom text next time.

Good value but uneven flavor

Lovely but slightly too sweet

Overly dense and not fresh

Decent flavour, wish decor finer

Fresh taste, minor error

Nice sponge, but delivery timing off

Needed a midnight delivery and they delivered at 11:55 PM. Cake was fresh and moist. My girlfriend loved it. Little cream shifted but overall awesome.

Clean cake, slight delay messaging
The cake was soft, fresh, and just the right size. It tasted really nice and felt like it was made that day. The only thing was I didn?t get a proper confirmation message or tracking update, which made me feel unsure until it arrived. Thankfully, it did come on time. If they improve their updates, I?d definitely use the service again.

Smooth delivery, no fuss

Poor packaging and bad taste
Cake was poorly packaged and arrived with broken edges and crushed frosting. The taste was below average?dry sponge and overly sugary cream. The decoration looked sloppy and unprofessional. Expected much better from this service. Delivery was late and customer support was unhelpful when I tried to complain. I won?t order again from here.

Best for small house parties
Bought a 1kg chocolate truffle cake for my parents? party. Everyone liked it. Neat design, soft bite. Bit of cream missing on one side, but fine.

Packaging was bad, cake got damaged
The cake arrived late and the box was crushed in transit. Because of that, the edges of the cake were squished and icing smeared. Taste was okay but the texture was off because of damage. Felt like the cake was handled roughly. For the price, I expected better packaging and care during delivery. Not happy with this experience.

Wedding sample tasted good
Sample wedding cake served rose petals and simple fondant. Look beautiful, flavor nice though sponge a bit dense. Encouraging trial.

Nice flavors, little delay
Ordered the almond fruit cake and it came 20 mins late but tasted great. The sponge was light, not too sweet. Would definitely try another flavor.

Great flavours, minor packaging slip
Ordered a chocolate truffle cake and the taste was excellent. Layers were moist and it wasn't overly sweet. The top layer of the cake got stuck a bit to the box lid, which smudged some decoration. It didn?t ruin the experience but it was noticeable. If they secure the top better, I think the cake would?ve been perfect. Flavour-wise, no complaints.

Extremely sweet and artificial flavor
I ordered a butterscotch cake and it was overwhelmingly sweet to the point of being unpleasant. The flavor tasted artificial and there was no balance between cream and sponge. The cake felt heavy and dense, not fresh at all. The box was also damaged when delivered, and the icing was smudged. Overall, very poor quality and disappointing experience.

Tasty vanilla treat
