Horrible Experience, Untrustworthy

This is a horrible experience that no one should face, courtesy of CapCenter. It was promising at the beginning, as the rate was attractive, but it became a nightmare in no time. It was slow with constant delays and poor communication. Every time I tried to get someone for an update, I felt I was disturbing them. When I did get a response, it was usually vague and unhelpful. To top it all off, they consistently missed deadlines without any explanation or apology. The worst part is that there came unexpected fees on the middle process. I have never been foretold the existence of any additional costs by them, making it seem concealed until it becomes too late for me to decide otherwise. Untransparency only made me untrust the company as a whole. Stress caused was not enough to save at the end by the small percentage I thought they were saving my money. I will really advise anyone else to never deal with CapCenter.
