The idea of installments seemed appealing; however, the shipping and returns procedure of Perpay was utterly abysmal. It took almost three weeks before I got my order, when it came, it was totally damaged. The product quality didn't match the description; plus, it was a pain trying to return it. In fact, customer support was really bad, very slow and pretty unhelpful, hence requiring follow-ups multiple times for updating. After the return process has been processed, I got charges for payment. It's really frustrating dealing with a company that is all about being convenient rather than quality. The prices are also marked up from what you will pay at other stores. I would not suggest Perpay unless you absolutely need a payment plan. They should also make their shipping much more efficient and have a much better return policy.

I heard a lot of good things about Perpay, but unfortunately, it was not the hype. The prices for the products are way too high than anywhere else. Also, sometimes there was a delay in shipping. The order would be made without any proper communication on the delivery date. When finally the product arrived, it was nothing compared to what I thought it should be for this amount of money. I tried calling their customer service. They got back to me after several days, and the proposed resolution was not up to my expectations. Though they make it easy to pay on an installment basis, that still won't compensate for the terrible service or ridiculously high prices on the things sold. I wouldn't give Perpay another try unless their price and support were completely redone.
