Issues with Shipping and Communication
I have had a less than satisfactory experience with Vapor Authority. Although the initial order itself was satisfactory, I faced long delays in shipping. My order took several days to arrive without any feedback. When I attempted to contact customer support, it took a long time to receive a response. The feedback I got was abstract and did not clearly specify the reason for the delay. Finally, the package did arrive, but the entire experience was aggravating. The product itself was okay, but the shipping and communication problems lead me to question whether I would order again. I want to see more transparency and responsiveness from a company this large.

Damaged Product and Poor Customer Service
My last order with Vapor Authority was a total fiasco. The vape mod I received was broken, with a cracked screen and a dead button. I immediately wrote to customer service asking for a replacement. I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful response. They wouldn't even admit there was damage, stating it must have occurred in transit, despite the fact that the packaging hadn't been disturbed. Several emails and phone calls later, they would only exchange it with me paying the return shipping myself. The entire process lasted weeks, and I still haven't received my replacement. The experience has been extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend Vapor Authority to anyone.

Inaccurate Product Description
I bought a vape tank from Vapor Authority based on the website description. When the product was delivered, it was very different from what was described. The tank's capacity was less than what was described, and the airflow system was totally different. I called customer service to fix the discrepancy, but they were uncooperative. They said the description was correct, despite it obviously not being so. I wound up having to retain the tank, as the return process was more trouble than it was worth. I'm unhappy with the misleading product description and customer service not being helpful.

I was lured to Vapor Authority by a discount promotion on a particular vape kit. But when I went to buy the kit, it was not available. Instead, I was strongly steered towards a higher-cost option. This was a typical bait and switch situation. I dislike such underhanded marketing tactics. I'd prefer to work with a firm that is honest and transparent about their items and sales promotions.

Long Wait Times for Customer Support
It's impossible to reach out to Vapor Authority's customer support. I have waited on the phone for so long, over an hour even, just to be able to talk to an actual person. When I get through, and I do not always, then the people with whom I must speak are invariably in a rush and not enthusiastic about helping. This makes answering my questions and taking care of any problems nearly impossible. Expanding their response times for their customer support would greatly improve their customer experience.

Counterfeit Products
I am concerned about the legitimacy of the products being marketed by Vapor Authority. The vape pen I bought from them is, in my opinion, a counterfeit. The quality of the build is not good, and it doesn't even work as it should. I have compared it to a real one, and the difference is obvious. Selling counterfeit ones is unethical and also dangerous. I would advise everyone strongly against buying from Vapor Authority until they correct this.

Poor Packaging Leading to Damage
Although the product I purchased from Vapor Authority was okay, the packaging was poor. The box was thin and did not provide much protection. Because of this, the outer packaging of the product was flattened in transit. Thankfully, the product itself was not harmed, but it is still a worry. Vapor Authority must spend money on improved packaging so that products arrive safely.
