Mixed Experience with Restaurant Supply Group
Our last order from Restaurant Supply Group was not perfect. Some things were as ordered, but we did get a few pieces in error. Getting in touch with customer service was a bit of an ordeal at first, with some delay. They did finally correct the problem by shipping the correct pieces, but it took longer than we had hoped and affected our kitchen operations slightly. The merchandise we did get was typically decent, but we've had more pleasant experiences at other stores. We hope that our next shipment is better, as we do like the huge variety they carry.
