Some delays in some transfer instances that also made me not confident about it. The transfer fees were a bit hard to track as one might find higher charges on finishing a transaction as compared to previous ones.

User-Friendly Platform and Great Customer Support

Reliable, Fast, and Excellent Customer Support
I've used Ping Express a few times to send some money to family members overseas and have always received excellent service, both in sending and receiving my money.
