Not sure if this happened during shipping or packaging, but it was somewhat disappointing given the price I paid for delivery. Fortunately, the wine inside was not damaged, but I think NapaCabs could have done a better job in securing the wines against damage while in transit.

Website Issues Caused Frustration

Shopping on NapaCabs was easy enough, but a lot of nuisances with this website made that less fun than it should be. While browsing, I reached several pages which did not open at all; when trying to checkout, freezing happened. I had to do that finally several times, after which it got through. Not ideal for placing an order for wine or liquor in a timely fashion. Fixing these technical issues could bring a whole different experience for future customers at NapaCabs.

Customer Service Needs Improvement

While NapaCabs has an excellent range of products, their after-sales support is pretty disappointing. I had to mail them for some issues regarding my order, and I did not hear back from them for days. The resolution wasn't satisfactory even after hearing from them. Well, one would expect quick help, and at least communication, from the promise of quick support that is made on the website. The product selection is good, but customer service needs to be more responsive and efficient to match the overall quality.

Shipping Issues Impacted the Experience

I ordered from NapaCabs, of which I liked the selection, but the shipping was not exactly what I would want. I chose free shipping, but it proved really much slower than I was expecting. I wasn't warned of possible delays until my order was delivered days past the estimate. The quality of the products was fine, but the shipping experience wasn't up to par. Better communication and quicker delivery times would make me reconsider shopping here again.

Bottles Didn?t Live Up to Expectations

I ordered a few bottles from them, NapaCabs, in hopes that the wines described on the site would be great. Some of these wines did not quite taste as great as they should have. Not being a wine expert myself, flavor profiles tasted wrong from what was advertised. Besides, the bottles came with dents on their labels, though the wines inside were just fine. All in all, it was not that good a quality, and thus, I had changed my mind regarding future orders.

Slow Response Time for Issues

In a nutshell, NapaCabs service was great before something went wrong with my purchase; one of their bottles arrived shattered. Then again, I was able to let their customer care know, though they kept me hanging up until almost a week's time. Later on, upon receiving this letter, the pace wasn't up to expectations as well. While NapaCabs has a good selection of wines and spirits, their customer service was really lacking. For any company, it is important to address customer issues in a timely manner, and I hope they improve.

Order Was Incomplete

Great selection from NapaCabs, but my order arrived incomplete. I had ordered several bottles, and only some of them came. Customer service I contacted did not send me the missed bottle for over a week; lots of inconvenience caused to me. Average Experience Overall

NapaCabs has a really big selection-out of wines and spirits, but somewhat underwhelming. I found the site very easy to use; I liked the variety available, yet when my order arrived, it wasn't an impressive presentation. Some were loose in the box, while one of the corks was damaged within. The wines were fine, though I did think that for shipping costs as high as they charge, better care in packaging the wines would have been expected. I might try other online stores before coming back to NapaCabs.

My order came in perfect shape from NapaCabs but it was sort of a underwhelming experience: Although the product selection was truly good, I have had to tamper with their website a little before placing an order. And again, customer service did take much more time to respond to the query regarding the delivery. Indeed everything was sent over in a fine shape but this all should work smoother. I have placed an order with NapaCabs, hoping to get everything in time for a certain event.
