Poor Customer Service Experience
My last experience with Lion Herbs' customer support was very discouraging. I had a concern regarding my purchase, and I waited for many days to have it resolved. I got the impression that my business didn't matter to them. Disrespect for the customers is never acceptable. Problems with Shipping and Delivery
I recently ordered from Lion Herbs, and the shipping process was a disaster. The package took more than a week to arrive, and when it did, it was in poor condition. The herbs within were crushed and could not be used. I wrote to Lion Herbs, and they at first would not accept responsibility.
