Shipping Delays Are Frustrating
I have ordered from FMP several times. The quality of the product is good, but shipping delays are a problem. Even with expedited shipping, items are late. This has caused huge disruptions in my restaurant's operations. Customer service is polite but does not give real solutions. They just say that it is due to supply chain issues. If you need urgent parts, I would not recommend this place.

Frequent Stock Issues
One of the most frustrating aspects of ordering with FMP is their constant issues with stock. Every time I try to re-order essential parts, they either are back-ordered or out of stock. Extremely inconvenient when relying on timely repair. They would do a lot better managing inventory and keeping their customers informed as to availability.

Return Process is a Hassle

Not all of what I need is easily found on the site. Their search is atrocious, and at least half of their descriptions do not give enough information about what I ordered. Needless to say, I have ordered the wrong part because the compatibility wasn't listed clearly. A little bit of website usability would be a great step.

I received the wrong size part. The mistake on my end meant a costly restocking fee to send it back. It is just another fee you find hidden away and dings the customer for the simple error of a misfit size. I won't order from them again until they modify their return policies.

Always Dependable and Professional
I have ordered from FMP several times over the years, and they have been extremely reliable. Shipping is always quick, and they always pack items securely so that nothing gets damaged. Their parts are of the highest quality, and I have had fewer replacements since switching to them. Their customer service is also top-notch; they always answer my questions promptly. I also love their flat-rate shipping option, which saves money when ordering multiple parts. I will continue to rely on them for all my kitchen maintenance needs.

Great for Bulk Orders and Hard-to-Find Parts
I manage a number of locations for restaurants. FMP is great for handling large orders easily. Their price is competitive, and their inventory is impressive.
