For anyone who would like to compare loans, credible.com is a good website. I found out that the website contained all sorts of great information and was easy to navigate. The website had a large list of lenders, and when going through with the application process, it was very quick. Disappointed with Service
BGASC lived up to very high expectations and utterly disappointed. The product shipped after almost two weeks of delay and, finally, the service on the customer front did not turn up to be prompt. I had made those numerous calls but received little to no response at all. It was just about the product and was pretty okay, but quality should have been better and communication nearly nonexistent. Shipping took time without an update and my order status was completely unknown to me. I would not recommend this service because, for sure, the frustration was more than the positives experienced. A major disappointment about poor communication through which shipping took time is something that doesn't make me feel like using this service again.

Frustrating Experience
I recently purchased gold coins from BGASC, and the entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. I was hopeful about my purchase, but it took longer than expected to be shipped and kept me up at nights in regard to my order status. The process of contacting customer support was not simple at all. You realize how hard it is to get hold of them when you need it the most. The coins were fine once they finally sent my order, but the delays and unhelpful attitude detract from everything that went right. I had expected an easy transaction, but in this case, I have been really frustrated and disappointed. I will not use BGASC again since I can never rely on them to get the customer experience right.

BGASC website provided me with a very frustrating experience having ordered silver bars from them. Shipping took ages, and so did it end up when I finally got my order. The box was open, and the contents do not match my expectations. Products will be clean, but that wasn't true in my case. I have also had terrible service from their customer service division. When I approached to voice my concerns, there was a seriously slow response and not even minimally helpful. It is really disheartening when you feel like you are being completely ignored at such a time of trouble. Given the unfriendly service and an absolute lack of quality control, I wouldn't be doing business with BGASC again. I had expected much more based on the reputation they held, but sadly, I was left with a feeling of disappointment and frustration.

Not very useful support
Experience with BGASC has not been good. Whenever an issue with my purchase came up, it took too long to get such concerns sorted out by the customer support department. I had to spend more time than I thought waiting to get the order. Besides that, there were no updates, or at least any kind of communication concerning this would have made me understand that everything was in motion and following the timeline offered. Some attempts to contact multiple times for support resulted in replies with considerable delay or vagueness. The product quality finally was fine when it arrived, but the whole experience was very frustrating. I had been hoping to get such good service especially because of such great reviews I found before buying. I truly believe that their customer support needs to be improved because it diminished this experience significantly. I don't know if I will ever order again from BGASC based on this experience.

Shipping is Unbelievably Slow
My experience with BGASC was very disappointing. I paid a premium price for my coins. What the premium price bought me was the premium service I expected; however, it took an incredibly long time to get my order out. It is a premium price to pay for coins, and it took a full week just to get the coins out the door. To exacerbate matters, their customer service was atrocious. The delay never found me knocking on their doors for help, and I never received any feedback from them. Such disgusting customer service makes me feel almost unvalued as a customer and frustrated. I would think at least let down by the service. With the service that I received, I don't think that I will be making any order from BGASC anytime soon. I actually wanted it to be an easy course of action, but at the end, it was a pretty frustrating experience and left me asking more questions than answers.
