Severely Lacking Customer Support
I am very disappointed with the customer support that Quicken Loans provided. Communication was very slow and disorganized for the most part. Each step of the loan process dragged on with unnecessary issues. I did not find the final terms to be as competitive as I had been led to believe at the beginning, and the explanation given was unsatisfying. The whole experience made me doubt their customer service and operational efficiency.
