Unacceptable Delivery Times

I had ordered from BeerPark, expecting quick and easy delivery, but it turned out to be quite the reverse. My order took roughly a week to arrive, really far from the time that was promised. I tried calling for customer service, but what I got in response was very slow and unavailing. I had intended to have a get-together and serve the beers to them on time; unluckily, this delay totally derailed my plans. Disappointing to see such poor handling of logistics. Would think twice before ordering again.

Misleading Product Descriptions

They claim all the off-the-wall beers that appealed to me on their site did not turn out that way. One of the beers I ordered was said to have hints of citrus and pine; it was fully different in flavor upon opening. I called BeerPark because a beer exchange or refund for such beers would have gone far, but they only got a vague response from those individuals with no follow-up afterward. The advertising was very misleading. Therefore frustrating.

Extremely Disappointing Packaging

I was immediately disappointed when I opened my order with how it was packaged. It had a damaged box and various leaking bottles. I couldn't tell if this was an issue with delivery or how it was packed, but either of those options is unacceptable. I expected more care taken with a company that's supposed to specialize in beers. The quality of the actual product was decent, but in terms of packaging, they totally ruined it. Never going to recommend them to anybody.

Incorrect Order ? No Resolution

I had ordered a package of six different beers, but what came was something altogether different. Called customer support immediately. That didn't get resolved soon enough either. After three follow-ups, they did agree to send the right product, which was by then well beyond the event that I ordered those for. Was very disappointed. It was not an urgent solve; thus, the fact that it wasn't means that leaves a bad taste in my mouth, and I will not buy again.

No Communication ? Very Frustrating

My problem was with the delivery, but worse, getting an answer from them about the problem took ages- sending a few emails from me, sending messages right on their website.and after several attempts, nobody answers within reasonable timing. The beer eventually showed up, but the lack of communication left me incredibly frustrated. A simple update on the status of my order would have made a world of difference. I?m not sure if I?ll risk ordering again.

Underwhelming Selection of Beers

I was utterly shocked to understand from them that BeerPark has no refund policy. Well, I have been sent an absolutely wrong order, tried to get my money back-no refunds possible, only exchange-but even that they cannot guarantee to be in time. That was frustrating to experience, and I basically think that I have just been ripped off. I think from now on, I need more well-established brands.

It was delivered way later than what they promised. I was delivered in over two weeks and had planned something else at that time. In summary, BeerPark really has to work on delivery because customers will get upset, just like I was, due to the long waiting process. I reached out once, and there was no update; by the time the beers came, I'd already lost interest in their lot. That's what actually disappointed me.

I was charged for a set of beers that were out of stock, which was reflected only once I had ordered. BeerPark didn't let me know until many days later, by when my event was long done with. It felt very amateurish on their part. Later, they refunded me back, but it was just much inconvenience. They should've been upfront with the stock; maybe then I would have tried back, but as it is, am not so sure.

Unacceptable Delivery Times

What a ridiculously long time to wait for shipping of crafts beers in stock from BeerPark: upwards of more than one week; upon actually receiving it, there's half not even sent with the actual package itself. Customer Service seemed bombarded to the extreme and utterly apologetic. Still don't really feel placated, especially since receiving them would take the bitterness of this debacle off a great deal after refund. BeerPark actually needs to revisit their delivery partners and work on shrinking the time for order processing. Won't recommend it to anyone unless you want to deal with unnecessary delays and poor service.

Disappointing Customer Service

Read a few good reviews and thought of giving it a shot. I had literally the worst customer experience. I had a very simple issue with my order, and I tried calling them multiple times. Each time I dialed, I was on hold for over 20 minutes, and when I finally reached a representative, she didn't seem to know what she was doing or called to promise me a call back, which never came. It is frustrating to be made to feel like a company doesn't care about trying to resolve issues. Won't be ordering from here again.

I had heard a lot about BeerPark, so I decided to order a selection of beers to see what all the fuss was about. Poor Packaging and Delivery

The delivery was timely, but the packaging was abysmal. My box was crushed, and some of the cans were damaged. It seems like BeerPark is not very careful with the packaging of their orders.
