Aspiration's concept is great, and I really wanted to support them. However, the app experience has been disappointing. It?s not user-friendly, and I?ve had trouble with some basic functions like transfers and linking external accounts. Also, I?ve had several instances where transactions didn?t go through, and customer service took days to respond. Despite the good intentions, the company needs to work on its tech and customer service if it wants to remain competitive. It?s unfortunate, but I?m looking for an alternative.

Issues with fees and support

I thought Aspiration would be a great alternative to traditional banks, but I've run into a few problems. First, I?ve been charged a fee I wasn?t aware of, which I find frustrating considering their transparency promises. Terrible experience ? avoid

I would highly advise against using Aspiration. I signed up hoping to use a bank with ethical practices, but it?s been nothing but trouble. My account was frozen without explanation, and I had no way of accessing my money for a week. I tried reaching customer support multiple times, but they never gave me a proper answer. The app is buggy, and transactions take forever to update. I feel stuck with a company that doesn?t value its customers. Switching banks as soon as possible.

Limited features

Excellent for eco-conscious users

I switched to Aspiration because I wanted to align my financial choices with my environmental values, and I?m so glad I did! Great card, a little slow

Disappointed with service

Worst experience so far

I had very high expectations for Aspiration because of their eco-friendly approach, but unfortunately, my experience has been terrible. My account was flagged for suspicious activity, and despite multiple attempts to reach customer support, I couldn?t get the issue resolved. I ended up closing my account after weeks of frustration and no clear answers. Additionally, the app is prone to glitches and crashes. Very disappointed with this company. I would not recommend Aspiration to anyone.

Not worth the hype

Terrible experience
