Novo overall was a very enjoyable experience, both when using the actual mobile and online app which were perfect for everyday operations - effortless for ACH pay-set and no monthly charges make a tremendous difference. Sometimes support on the phone just took slightly too long so wish this went a bit smoother as not typically an issue so far Novo has been perfect for me as a freelancer: the interface is intuitive, and no hidden fees clutter the place. I can track all my business expenses in one place, which really helps at tax season. A good banking option for hassle-free choice.

Customer Service Is Unreliable
My experience with Novo has been pretty bad mainly because of customer service issues. They are not reliable, particularly when it comes to matters related to one's urgent needs about an account. It took days for them to reply to the issue at hand. I expected much more speed and helpfulness from their end but came totally short in those departments. The limited features can be a negative when compared with traditional banks. While I like the functionality of having everything online, their lack of contact support really makes me doubt if it's what I want for my business. Hopefully they speed up their response and are able to offer more resources for growth-minded businesses.

Too Many Issues
Novo initially seemed like a pretty good company, but I am experiencing many problems. Hard to get hold of customer support, and sometimes transactions take longer than expected. As a small business owner, I need efficiency, which Novo cannot do reliably. The mobile app has even more technical issues that prevent me from doing some simple activities. I expected the experience with Novo to be so much smoother. The problems have been too disrupting. They must increase their dependability level since these businesses will keep relying on them only if they do so. Not recommended in the form it presently takes.

Poor Support
I chose Novo on the grounds of super easy setup and no fee, but they really disappointed me on the support side. It is very hard to get help on time and when you've had some serious issues, you might have to wait for some days before the answer comes. While the platform works fine when it comes to very basic needs, the poor customer support is what is going to turn you off. Novo is still okay if you don't need urgent help from a customer support person.

Good but Can Improve
Novo is a very good service for small businesses. That being said, it still has room to be even better.
