Once I got there, everything was fine, and I really liked the atmosphere. It was peaceful, with a great view. I?d still use BnbToday again, just hope the directions are clearer next time.

Not What I Expected

I booked through BnbToday for a weekend escape, and unfortunately, the experience didn?t meet my expectations. The property I stayed at was smaller than advertised, and there was a lingering smell in the room that I couldn?t get rid of. The host didn?t provide basic amenities like soap, which was surprising, considering I had read great reviews about the property. I reached out to the host about these issues but didn?t get a reply. BnbToday did offer me a small discount for my troubles, but I still feel disappointed by the lack of communication and the property not being up to standard.

Fantastic Property, Would Book Again

My experience with BnbToday was fantastic! I stayed at a beautiful lakeside cottage that had everything I needed. The place was clean, well-maintained, and the host was welcoming and helpful. The check-in process was simple, and the location was perfect for what I wanted to do. It was peaceful and quiet, just as promised. There were plenty of nearby activities to enjoy, and I loved the homey touches throughout the property. Okay Stay, But Not Ideal

I had an okay experience using BnbToday. The booking was easy, but when I arrived, the place wasn?t quite as advertised. The apartment was much smaller than I thought, and the bed wasn?t as comfortable as I?d hoped. I also had a few issues with the heating system. I contacted the host, but the response time was slow. On the positive side, the location was great, and I enjoyed being close to shops and restaurants. It wasn?t a bad experience, but I think I?ll look elsewhere next time unless there?s a better listing available.

Mixed Feelings, Would Consider Again

I booked a property through BnbToday after reading a few positive reviews, but my experience was a bit mixed. The booking process was easy, and the website was user-friendly. When I arrived, the location was exactly as described, which was a relief. However, the apartment wasn?t as clean as I expected. There were a few issues with the bathroom (mold on the tiles) and some dust under the bed. I reached out to the host, and they were apologetic, offering to clean the place the next day, which was nice of them. The rest of my stay was fine, but I was disappointed about the cleanliness. Not What I Expected at All

My experience with BnbToday was far from what I anticipated. Booking was simple, but the place I stayed at didn?t match the photos or description. The apartment seemed much smaller in person, and the furniture was old and worn out. I had a couple of issues with the amenities too, like the Wi-Fi not working properly and the AC being extremely loud, making it hard to sleep. I tried reaching out to the host for assistance, but the response was slow, and they didn?t really seem to care much about resolving the issues. The location was decent, but the overall experience left me quite disappointed. I really wanted to love it, but I?m not sure I?ll book through BnbToday again unless they improve the quality of their listings and the service provided.

Perfect Getaway, Would Definitely Book Again

This was my first time booking through BnbToday, and it was a fantastic experience! The entire process was so easy. Extremely Disappointing, Would Not Recommend

My experience with BnbToday was extremely disappointing. I was looking forward to a relaxing weekend getaway, but it ended up being a nightmare. The property I booked looked nothing like the photos, and it was in a run-down area. The place was dirty, and there were stains on the bedding and furniture. I tried contacting the host multiple times, but they were unresponsive. Eventually, after much back-and-forth, I was able to get a refund, but it really ruined the entire trip for me. I understand that things don?t always go perfectly, but the lack of communication and the condition of the property made me feel like I was taken advantage of. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using BnbToday, and I won?t be booking through them again.

Very Nice Stay, Just a Few Hiccups

Overall, I had a lovely stay with the property I booked through BnbToday. The location was fantastic, close to everything I wanted to see. The apartment itself was cute, clean, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The only issue I had was with the check-in process. The instructions weren?t very clear, and I had to call the host a couple of times to figure out how to get the key. Once I got in, everything was fine, and I really enjoyed the place. The host was friendly and responsive, which helped a lot. I would definitely book again, but I hope they can work on making the check-in process a bit smoother for future guests.

Not Great, Expected Better
