Hidden Fees and Miscommunication

Received poor service from the company's customer service through Landing. Problem with heating in the apartment; took weeks, numerous emails and phone calls without a response. Needed to make several calls to actually get someone on the phone; seemed disjointed and therefore unorganized. Property itself was nice; feeling of neglect in trying to resolve the problem spoiled the experience overall.

Overpriced for What You Get

Landing's is overpriced. The apartment I rented was much smaller than the one described, and some amenities were missing. The photos they posted online looked nice but were misleading about the size of the apartment. I didn't feel like I got the value for what I spent. Customer service really wasn't much help when I complained about it either. Unless changes happen, I would not recommend them.

Not Worth the Hype

Excited to try Landing based on reviews, my experience didn't quite live up to expectations. It was pretty poor apartment conditions to start: leaky faucets and unclean carpets upon arrival. It took a lot of time to have problems addressed, and I was able to take care of some minor things on my own. Won't be using them again.
