My Go-To Brand from Now On
After trying Zahrah, I can honestly say I won?t be going back to other brands. This hookah is a masterpiece?every element feels precision-made. Mixed Feelings on the Build Quality

During assembly, one of the threads felt rough and took extra effort to screw in fully. It works okay once set up, and the pull is smooth, but for the price, I expected a more refined finish. On a positive note, the base glass was heavy and beautiful, and it came wrapped tightly to prevent breakage. Customer support was polite when I mentioned the threading issue, but they simply said to use a bit of lubricant. A fair suggestion, but again, not ideal for something that should come ready to use. It?s not enough to make me return the product, but I?ll be cautious if I order again. Zahrah has potential, but a few details fell short this time.

Reached out to check on the status midweek, but no response until after it had already shipped. It?s not just about speed?it?s about setting realistic expectations. If they had said 5?7 days, I would?ve planned around that. But advertising fast shipping and then failing to deliver on that promise is misleading. The hookah itself is well-made, but the delay left me annoyed. Transparency in the ordering process is just as important as product quality. Won?t be recommending to friends unless they fix their shipping and response timelines.

Great Setup, Could Use Better Hose
Overall very pleased with the Zahrah hookah I bought. The craftsmanship is excellent, especially the stem and base. It sits firmly and has a strong, clean draw. It arrived earlier than expected, which was a bonus. The only thing keeping it from five stars is the hose?looked a little basic compared to the rest. Not a deal breaker, but I did end up swapping it out. Still, the quality of the main parts is outstanding. This is definitely a statement piece on any table. Will be coming back to Zahrah again, hopefully they release more color combinations in the future.

Packaging Was Lacking Protection
The product itself is decent, but the way it was shipped left much to be desired. The box arrived partially crushed, and while the hookah wasn?t completely damaged, one of the smaller components was bent. There was very little padding inside the box, which surprised me given the cost of the order. I contacted support and they offered a small partial refund, but didn?t replace the part. I made it work, but this experience doesn?t inspire confidence. It?s unfortunate because the hookah itself is quite nice once it?s set up, but the initial presentation and lack of secure packaging made it feel cheap. A little more care in packing would?ve made a big difference. For now, I?m hesitant to order accessories or replacement parts from Zahrah again until I know they?ve improved their shipping methods.

Perfect Gift for a Hookah Lover

Slow Response Time From Support
Ordered a Zahrah hookah after seeing positive reviews. Checkout went fine, but the delivery took longer than expected. When I reached out to customer service to ask about tracking, it took them over three days to respond. By then, I had already received the item, which made the delay in communication even more frustrating. The hookah works okay, but the lack of proper updates left a bad impression. If the product hadn?t turned out decent, I would have likely asked for a refund. Support needs to be much quicker in responding, especially when customers are waiting on shipping information. It?s not a huge deal, but in a market where there are so many options, a delay like this can turn someone away. Probably won?t be my first choice next time unless improvements are made.

Exactly What a Hookah Should Be
From top to bottom, Zahrah nailed it. The hookah I received was exactly what I was hoping for: clean build, thick and durable parts, and a beautiful overall aesthetic. Setup took less than ten minutes. The smoke session was smooth, with excellent airflow. I especially liked the sturdy base and well-balanced tray. What really stood out though was the way they packed the product?every part was snug, and nothing was rattling around. You don?t always get that level of care from other brands. Shipping was also fast, arriving in just under four days. Customer service was friendly and quick to answer when I asked about compatible accessories. Great Hookah with Just Minor Flaws
My order from Zahrah arrived safely and mostly as expected. The hookah itself looks amazing?modern design, thick glass base, and tight-fitting parts. It assembled easily and produced a smooth smoke. My only complaint is that the included hose felt a bit too lightweight compared to the rest of the setup. I replaced it with one I already had, and that improved the experience. Aside from that, no complaints. Delivery took about six days, and support responded promptly when I asked for the tracking link. I would?ve liked a small instruction booklet in the box, but the product wasn?t too hard to figure out on my own. Overall, this is one of the better purchases I?ve made in the hookah space.
