It seemed like the artist didn?t quite understand the natural flow of the pose. I requested a revision, but it barely made a difference. I appreciate the attempt, but for something this expensive, I expected way better. I ended up getting a refund after going back and forth for weeks. The team was polite but slow and unhelpful with actual solutions. I wouldn?t call it a scam, but it definitely didn?t deliver the emotional quality I expected. Missed My Instructions Completely
I submitted very clear instructions with my order?I asked for a specific background to be removed and replaced with a simple color. I even uploaded a reference image. When the preview came back, not only was the background still there, but parts of the subject looked distorted too. I requested changes, but it felt like no one was actually reading my notes. I had to resend everything and wait again, and the second version was only slightly improved. The eyes looked lifeless and the painting lacked warmth. For a gift meant to honor my late grandmother, it didn?t carry the emotional weight I hoped for. Customer service replied, but they didn?t seem engaged. I ended up accepting it out of fatigue, not satisfaction. I don?t think I?ll order again unless there?s a major change in quality control. A beautiful idea, but sadly, poorly executed in my case. Not Worth the Price

Perfect in Every Way
I ordered a portrait of my parents? wedding photo for their 40th anniversary. The original image was a little grainy and faded, but the artist managed to bring it to life. Not As Detailed As Promised
The ad made it seem like I?d get a finely detailed, emotional portrait that would bring tears to my eyes. The reality was far more basic. The likeness was ?almost? there, but not quite. The clothes looked cartoonish and some facial features were clearly not true to the person. I went through the preview and made suggestions, but the second version wasn?t much better. Shipping was fast, I?ll give them that, but I wish the same energy went into the artwork. The final product looked more like a fast sketch than something carefully painted. My husband, who it was for, said it was ?nice? but didn?t seem overly impressed. I feel like this could be a great gift if more care was put into every order. Not everyone wants just a photo copy?they want art. I won?t say it?s a terrible service, but it was a mediocre one in my case.

Not Personal Enough
I ordered a portrait for my wife?s birthday hoping to wow her with something sentimental. Unfortunately, the painting fell flat. It was technically okay but felt generic, like someone copied the photo without really understanding the emotional weight behind it. My wife noticed it immediately?she said it ?looked like us, but didn?t feel like us.? That summed it up. The lighting in the painting was also weird?harsh in places and soft in others, which made the whole thing look off balance. I asked for a revision but wasn?t given much flexibility. The process felt impersonal from the start. Support sent standard replies, and the preview system didn?t allow for real collaboration. I wanted to love this, but instead I felt like I just wasted money on something that missed the mark. With better artist-client communication, this could?ve been a beautiful gift. Sadly, it turned into a letdown for an important occasion.

I sent feedback and requested revisions, but they only made small cosmetic changes. It felt like there was no real connection to the subject matter. The final version just didn?t feel heartfelt, and my wife noticed it immediately. It?s now tucked away in a closet instead of being displayed.
