I was just looking for an unusual gift from my wine drinker dad; Vinovations had the appropriate selection. As a result of my search I ended up by buying a Personalized Wine barrel head, this was a pretty big hit-the quality was the best and they personalized it accordingly. Shipping took place promptly and the gift landed in perfect order. I certainly will be making my way to them again looking for more awesome gifts!

Cheap Corkscrew
I bought the corkscrew from Vinovations, which broke after only a few times. The metal feels pretty cheap, and it is clearly not built to last. For the price I paid, I should have expected more quality.

Misleading Sales Information

Have Been Trying to Reach Customer Service to No Avail
I tried to contact customer service via phone and email, but it was very difficult to get through. I was put on hold for a long time and my emails went unanswered.

Product Different from Image
The wine decanter I received looked different from the image displayed on the website. The shape wasn't quite the same, and the glass seemed thinner. I was expecting a product that more closely matched the online photos.
