Great Service, Smooth Platform

Reliable but Could Use More Features

Disappointed by Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with Torc24, considering the prospects were great. The site itself is okay, although the customer service has been a bigger headache than anything else: once, my withdrawal request went into the system and, more than a week later, nothing; when I queried the support, the reply was very slow and not satisfying. The fees are on the higher side, actually. Hope they improve regarding their support and transparency in days to come.
