It is overcomplicated and, instead of making my site experience easier for me, kept sending me digging for the right insurance policy. If the business could take simpler the navigation with the user experience, that would significantly enhance the service.

Reliable and Easy to Use
I found AARDY's website pretty easy to use and informative, but speaking with a live representative like Derek really added that extra layer of comfort. More Transparency Needed
There were times when some terms and conditions of the insurance policy created confusion, so I didn't find them too transparent and, in order to get answers that were specific enough, there was quite a bit of back-and-forth. That is definitely an area of potential improvement.
