Policy Change Delays
It took way longer than necessary to change a simple policy. I had to call back several times, and then each step took an extra amount of time. Hopefully, they can make the process easier in the near future. I will say the rates are good, but it can be made more efficient with the service it brings to you.
Confusing Billing
