I really wanted to like ACA Compliant because their website looked great and I heard some good things. However, I had a really frustrating experience with their customer service. It took forever to get in touch with someone, and when I finally did, they seemed disorganized. I was told that my documents would be processed in a week, but it ended up taking nearly 3 weeks before I received any confirmation. I felt like I was just being put on hold constantly. However, it took way longer than I expected. I submitted my documents in early January, and by the end of March, I was still waiting on confirmation. That delay was frustrating, especially since I had deadlines to meet. At one point, I had to call in and ask for an update, which took a while because I was put on hold for almost 20 minutes. When I did get an update, it was clear that there was a backlog of cases, which made sense but didn?t help ease my frustration. The customer service team did apologize and offered to escalate my case, but the process still dragged on. Finally, I received the confirmation, and everything was handled properly, but I definitely expected a quicker turnaround. I do think ACA Compliant can improve their speed, especially when it comes to handling a large volume of clients. That said, I think the service was fine overall. Just don?t expect things to be fast.

Honestly, I wasn?t overly impressed with ACA Compliant. I was referred by a colleague, and the initial setup was fine. The staff were nice enough, and they explained things in a way that made me feel reassured about the whole ACA compliance thing. However, I encountered a lot of delays. I submitted all my documents on time, but it took weeks before I heard anything back. During that time, I sent emails and made calls to check on my case status, but I rarely got clear answers. When I did speak to someone, they seemed to just push my case further down the line. Eventually, I got a response, but by that time, I had already missed a few important deadlines. For a service that charges a decent fee, I expected much better customer care and faster processing. I ended up having to file late and handle the penalties on my own. While I?m sure this is not the case for everyone, my experience was far from great, and I?m not sure I?d trust them again for future compliance needs.

Fantastic Support and Guidance
I?ve been working with ACA Compliant for a couple of months now, and I can honestly say that their team has been fantastic. From the start, I felt comfortable because their team took the time to explain everything in simple terms. I really appreciated how patient they were, especially when I had questions about certain regulations. They didn?t rush me through the process, which was really reassuring. The application was a bit complicated, but I never felt lost because they walked me through each step. Overall Good Experience, Some Delays
I recently used ACA Compliant for filing and ensuring my business was compliant with the ACA, and overall, my experience was pretty good. I?ll admit, I was a bit worried going into the process because navigating ACA compliance can feel overwhelming at times, but I was reassured by the professionalism of their team. They took the time to explain the details and were patient when I had follow-up questions. I found their staff to be knowledgeable and really helpful, especially since I had zero experience with ACA filings before. The only reason I?m giving a 4-star rating instead of 5 is due to some delays I experienced throughout the process. It wasn?t a huge issue, but there were times when I?d have to wait longer than expected for responses or updates. I understand that things can take time, but having better communication around timelines would?ve helped. However, when I did reach out, their customer support team was always kind and provided clear answers. In the end, my business was compliant and I got all the necessary documentation submitted. I?d definitely recommend ACA Compliant for anyone who is looking for a professional service, but just make sure you follow up if you?re not hearing back right away. The extra time waiting didn?t make a huge impact, but it?s worth noting. Excellent Service, Highly Recommended!
I had to get ACA compliant for my small business and honestly, I was dreading the whole process. It just sounded complicated, and I wasn?t sure where to even begin.
