I tasted the Ali Shan Oolong and Wild Strawberry Herbal?great scent and taste in both. The personnel recommended water temperature and steeping time without being too technical. Great tea variety
Combed through their range of Japanese greens to Rooibos and Mate. Experimented with Blooming Tea and Mango tea and was a deep experience. Loved the double?glass mugs. Online shopping was easy. Planning to try more of their teas soon. Great discovery for a range of loose teas.

Packaging Disappointed
The tea itself is of good quality, but upon delivery, one of the bags was half open. Luckily, not too much had spilled out. I expected more careful handling. They did get back to me quite quickly, but it still left a poor impression.

Organized and Relaxing
I found my visit to T7 TEA to be well-organized. I enjoyed being able to try the different teas before I bought. The personnel were enthusiastic about helping without pushing any product. I tried the Jasmine Pearls and later ordered a full pouch of it online. Pickup was simple and fast. The experience overall was pleasant and relaxing.

Cozy tasting corner

Helpful and Welcoming Team
I stopped by to see some teas and ended up staying longer than planned. The people there were very friendly and gave me tastings of several blends. I really liked their White Peach and herbals. They explained the brewing nicely, and I bought a handmade glass teapot I'd been eyeing online. Pleasant atmosphere.

Convenient pickup service

Thoughtfully Designed Space
The mini showroom itself is cozy and uncluttered. I was able to try the Ali Shan Oolong, which was subtle in flavor. The staff were happy to provide steeping suggestions. I also loved the glass teapots and double-walled mugs they had on display. Pickup was easy, though I wished the appointment times were a bit more flexible during the week.

Poor First Impression
I wanted to support a local business and ordered two varieties online for pickup?Ali Shan Oolong and Wild Strawberry Herbal. The website did not provide any pickup time frame, and upon ordering, there was no confirmation for over 24 hours. I had to call twice to confirm it was ready. When I arrived, the staff seemed distracted, and I waited nearly 15 minutes before anyone helped me. The tea itself was good quality, but the experience itself was more like a chore than a positive shopping experience. They have a wonderful product line, but the experience was a little clunky. Maybe I visited on an off day, but I did not leave feeling like I would be returning there anytime soon. A smoother and more customer-friendly system would really improve things.

A Calm Retreat for Tea Lovers
T7 TEA is truly more than a tea store?it's a little oasis. I also made it a point to drop by their showroom after finding out that they offer free tastings. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with a smile and offered samples of three teas: Jasmine Pearls, Ali Shan Oolong, and Mango Herbal. They each had distinctive flavors and aromas, and the staff knew their steeping techniques. I liked that they were not in a hurry to make a sale. They even showed us how to use the IngenuiTEA infuser, which I purchased along with a blooming tea gift set. Their selection of glass teaware is upscale for a store so small. I had ordered another item online after leaving, which was ready to pick up the next day. The entire experience?from in-store to online?was fluid and pleasant. You have the sense of being a welcome customer, whether you are just looking or buying.

Packaging Could Be Better
I simply placed an order for three loose leaf teas online from T7 TEA. Checkout was simple, and I adored the variety. That being said, when the order arrived, one of the bags was not sealed properly, and there was some spillage of the tea into the box. While customer service acted quickly and sent a replacement, I would have preferred to have seen more careful packaging in the first place. The tea itself is fine and seems to be fresh, but presentation matters?especially with more premium teas. Also, the tea labels were a little hard to read, with the brewing instructions printed in small font. A simple update in packaging and quality control would go a long way. I?ll probably give them another try, but only if I?m not sending it as a gift.

Enjoyable and Well-Curated Experience
It was a nice way to spend part of my afternoon to stop by T7 TEA's showroom. I was given samples of the White Peach and Jasmine Pearls, which were both smooth and flavorful. The staff were knowledgeable and explained to me how to use the IngenuiTEA infuser. I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere, and pickup of online order was easy and fast. I will be back.

Great for Newcomers and Tea Enthusiasts
I found T7 TEA when I was browsing online for loose leaf and decided to visit their showroom. As a tea newbie, I really appreciated how welcoming the staff were. They took me through their different collections?Japanese green tea, blooming teas, oolongs, and so on. I tried their Wild Strawberry and Rooibos, and both were bursting with flavor but not too much. The staff was patient and explained steeping techniques clearly, even offering water temperature and steeping time recommendations. I also bought one of their double-wall glass mugs, which has become my favorite. The ability to shop online and pick up in the store was a bonus. It was a shipping savings and allowed me to ask questions. It was an educational, relaxing experience that was never rushed. I did not just leave with tea but with knowledge and confidence of brewing it better.

Unclear Delivery Updates
I ordered some teas online expecting simple local pickup. While the ordering was simple, the follow-up communication was not. I waited over two days without a word, and it was only after I phoned that I got a reply. They were polite on the phone and apologized, but the wait was frustrating. When I picked up the tea, it was nicely packaged and the quality seemed to be good. But it would be better if they kept consumers updated with more precise timelines or status updates. For a business whose purpose is customer connection, this component was lacking. Teas are fine, but this change would make a difference. I would order from them again, but only if I had plenty of time.

Exceptional Customer Service
T7 TEA stands out because of the customer service they offer. I've placed orders online several times now and each order has been well packaged and prepared in a timely manner. At their showroom, which I dropped by, I was greeted warmly and offered a free tasting of Jasmine Pearls and Mango Herbal. Both were unique and tasted pleasantly lingering. I also appreciated how the staff explained the use of the YiXing teapot that I'd seen on their website. Their brewing suggestions made quite a difference in the taste. I bought some blooming teas as a present, and they even offered presentation suggestions. The entire experience was casual and genuine. It's not often that tea shops combine good product with good service like that. Both online ordering and visiting in person, the quality is equal. I'll keep returning and see what they have in their growing inventory.

Consistent and Reliable

Balanced tea flavors
Compared Mate and Blooming Tea side by side. Liked the earthy flavor of Mate, but Blooming Tea was a notch better. Lovely glass mugs but pricier than expected. Still thoroughly pleased with the overall assortment.

Nice Blend of Modern and Traditional
What I was particularly interested in at T7 TEA was their range of brewing tools?from traditional YiXing teapots to modern infusers. Beautiful Teas, Smooth Pickup
I've purchased from T7 TEA numerous times now, and their consistency has me coming back time after time. Most recently, I purchased their Blooming Tea and White Peach Tea. Both were fresh and well-packaged. The Blooming Tea especially made for a nice conversation piece at a gathering. I especially appreciate their local pickup option?no waiting, no hassle. I ordered in the morning and had it ready in a few hours. They even included steeping instructions on the package. Although I've never stayed too long at the showroom, it is always tidy and quiet. The staff doesn't try to sell you more than you wish and answers questions in a knowledgeable way. The only reason I'm giving four stars is that I wish they extended their pickup hours a little later. Aside from that, their tea quality and customer service deserve a solid, dependable option.

Quality Tea, Worth the Trip
I managed to drive about 25 minutes to visit their showroom having read good reviews. I was not disappointed. Their Wild Strawberry tea was light and sweet as it could be. The Blooming Tea was a pleasant touch aesthetically. The owners there showed me their YiXing teapots and provided some brewing tips. The parking was a bit limited, but I was satisfied with my purchase when I left.

Relaxing and Educational Visit

Tasting Appointment Didn?t Go as Expected
I heard about the complimentary tastings and personalized consultations at T7 TEA, so I made an appointment to visit the showroom. I was looking forward to trying the Blooming Tea and talking about brewing techniques. Unfortunately, the tasting felt more like a sales pitch than an experimental process. The staff member was knowledgeable but didn't leave much room for dialogue. I felt rushed and tried just one tea before being asked what I would like to buy. The tea itself was fine?particularly the Jasmine Pearls?but the experience wasn't quite what I'd expected. Plus, the teaware selection wasn't quite as large as it was when I visited. I do appreciate that they're doing these tastings, but it would be preferable if they let customers participate more in a casual way instead of feeling like they're being pressured to buy.

Love the Local Touch
There's something refreshing in the manner T7 TEA conducts business. It's small, it's local, and it gives you real one-on-one interaction. I stopped in to sample their teas and stayed longer just talking about brewing techniques. They let me sample their Rooibos and Blooming Tea, both of which were smooth and vibrant. The people there even gave me some steeping tips that worked wonders at home. I ended up buying a double-walled glass mug and a gift set for a friend. Then I used their online order and the pickup was ready in an hour. Their attention to detail and continuity from in-store to online interaction are astounding. Showroom Visit Felt Rushed
I was excited to go to the T7 TEA mini showroom after discovering that they offer free tastings. On arrival, I was kept waiting for someone to attend to me even though there were no other clients. I was finally attended to by a member of staff, but the session was rushed. I only got to sample a single tea before being asked if I wished to make a purchase. The atmosphere was not particularly friendly, and I did not feel as if I could ask too many questions. The place is clean, and they do have a lovely selection of teaware, but the experience was not up to the warm tone that they promote. The teas themselves were okay, if nothing special. I left somewhat disappointed with the visit. More relaxed attitude and attention to clients would serve the visit experience well.
