Headache Warranty Process

I recently bought a vape mod from Element Vape, and within a week, it stopped working. I have contacted them for help in this regard, and they recommended talking to the manufacturer for warranty claims, which was very annoying. It took weeks, and I kept calling to get any response about it. I understand the warranty policy, but it would have been far more convenient if the company could offer direct support for such issues at Element Vape rather than passing the responsibility onto the manufacturer. The customer service representatives were friendly but did not really try to help me resolve the matter. It's disappointing to have to go through such an ordeal over a product that wasn't even a month old. I expected much more from a retailer as well regarded as they are.

Deceitful Stock Information

I ordered a product listed as in stock. Two days later, I get an email stating it is backordered. This really irritated me because this was the reason I chose Element Vape to begin with: their accuracy. I had to wait a week and a half to receive my order, which put a crimp in my plans. While they refunded the shipping cost as an apology, the disappointment in inconvenience and lack of upfront transparency was there. If the product was out of stock, then during the ordering process, it should have stated that. I expected better from a retailer with such high ratings.
