Disappointing Experience
Roll.ng was a huge disappointment for me. Despite their claims of efficient service, my order was delayed by over a week. What's worse, customer support was completely unresponsive. I had to chase them down multiple times before anyone got back to me. Even when they did, their responses were vague and unhelpful. The item I received was damaged, and I had no clear process to follow for returns or replacements. Their app and website are glitchy, making the whole experience even more frustrating. Obviously, they are more interested in getting new customers than in providing a decent service. I will not use Roll.ng anymore, and I would not recommend this company to anyone if one wants to shop hassle-free.

Poor Customer Service
My experience with Roll.ng has been frustrating from start to finish. The app is not intuitive, and going through their products was a chore. But the real issue came when my order didn't arrive on time. I called their customer service several times, but no one responded. When I finally managed to get through, the representative was rude and dismissive. The sense that remained was that they wanted to ward me off and did not pay much heed to my problem. It arrived after 10 days, and the stuff I had ordered was also incomplete. There's chaos with regard to return policy queries, and their refunds can never be availed, it seems. Extremely disgruntled; will definitely not shop at Roll.ng any more. I hope in the future, this company takes the aspect of customer service seriously, but for now, thumbs down.

Unreliable and Untrustworthy
I regret making any purchase from Roll.ng; their website made it all seem so easy, and just from placing the order to receiving, it was hell. Delivery took way longer than promised. I had to make many calls just for updates, only to be told the same thing: "it's on the way." When it finally arrived, it came damaged, and I was unable to contact for any urgent support. I then sent them an email to which they took days to reply, and even then gave me no real solutions. They offered a partial refund but refused to pay for the shipping costs to return the damaged item. All this process was a massive headache, and I really feel I have just been wasting my money. Really, with so many other options, I wouldn't want to recommend Roll.ng to anybody. No accountability and such poor service have ruined my shopping experience entirely.

Terrible Delivery Experience
I had high hopes for Roll.ng, but they are proving to be quite unreliable. I ordered an item to last within 5 days, but it took 2 weeks. To sum all up, nobody reached me and explained the delay. Customer kept reaching out to them, and each time different answer was provided. Nobody seems to coordinate with customer care. It finally arrived damaged. I requested a return, and after two follow-ups, the return label came. Since then, I have sent it back and wait for a refund. Utter frustration due to complete lack of transparency, delay, general disorganization, and uncaring attitude of customer services. I will never trust them again with any purchase, and I would advise anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy service to look elsewhere.

Inconsistent Service & Frustrating Experience
My experience with Roll.ng has been very frustrating. No notification or update was sent out after placing my order, and when I finally got hold of my package, it was several days delayed. The support team took ages to revert, and even then, they did not explain why it took so long. I received a damaged product, and sending it back was a big headache. Their website is bad: it's not user-friendly, and the app is full of bugs. It is a shame to see a company that boasts of speed and efficiency fail in every aspect. App & Delivery Issues
I have tried Roll.ng a few times now, and each subsequent experience has been worse than the last. The app is full of bugs and glitches, making it frustrating to browse and complete purchases. When the order finally does go through, delivery is painfully slow. My last order took close to two weeks to arrive, and no one from their customer service bothered to contact me. When it finally did show up, it had part of my order missing, and I had to chase them down to waste my time with that. Their customer service is slow, not at all helpful, and sometimes just plain rude. Their website is so hard to use, and order tracking and real-time updates are next to impossible. All of this, along with the uncommunicative attitude of Roll.ng and their inept systems, has made me trust them less than ever.

Unprofessional & Incompetent
Unbelievably bad service with Roll.ng. I have ordered a product that has taken over a week, no updates, no tracking information, just total radio silence from their customer support. After several tries, the order finally did turn up incomplete and terrible in quality. I did try to contact them in an attempt to sort things out, but their customer service was abysmally unresponsive. Finally, they replied, stating how sorry they were that I had been inconvenienced but never showed any concrete solution. They made returning items an ordeal, and I was also being asked to pay for shipping it back myself. No accountability whatsoever, and I am not going to be buying with them again. The unprofessionalism and incompetence on a transaction that should have been very simple turned it into an utter disaster.

Never Again ? Worst Shopping Experience
Wow, Roll.ng is awful: their website and app are full of errors; they made me accidentally buy something I didn't mean to. I tried to cancel it right after realizing the mistake, but there was no option to do so. Then to add insult to injury, the delivery was late for almost two weeks. Finally, I got the product, which came damaged. I tried calling customer service and discussing it with them; they were utterly unresponsive. When I finally did get a response, the representative was dismissive and unhelpful. The return authorization process was long-winded and frustrating, and I still haven't gotten my refund. I will never use Roll.ng again, and I highly suggest that others avoid it as well. There are far better options out there.

Lack of Transparency & Poor Service
The worst online shopping experience I have had. Immediately after I made an order on Roll.ng, there was no indication when to expect the delivery. So, I had to be checking my email and app regularly; nothing came. And finally, when it did arrive, it was weeks beyond expectations and in bad shape. It was a mess from the very start of the whole process to the end. I tried reaching their support team; they never gave a timely response. When they did, their explanations were vague, and I didn't feel like they really cared about solving my problems. The fact that Roll.ng doesn't offer clear tracking or proactive updates speaks volumes about their lack of professionalism. I'll never order from them again and would recommend others avoid the frustration I went through.

Terrible Packaging & Slow Service
I have used Roll.ng a couple of times, but this last purchase has been my final straw. The product I got had poor packaging and had lots of noticeable damage. Also, the delivery took more than a week, with zero updates about my order. When I contacted their customer service, it took many days to get a decent reply. Finally, after successfully contacting someone, he seemed unhelpful and unable to clearly solve the issue. As is obvious, there is absolutely no regard on the side of Roll.ng concerning the customer. I don't see any reason to ever deal with them anymore. Care and accountability nowhere, just frustration, while still living with an unserviceable product and a poor experience generally.

Completely Underwhelming Experience
The Roll.ng service was underwhelming at best. I once placed an order with them. To my surprise, it was to take much longer to arrive than had been foretold. I received the package later, but on opening, the things inside were not as promised, and one was also defective. I tried to contact customer support, and it never replied. After emailing them several times, they replied, but by then it came to be known that they did not have a process to resolve such issues on time. They have promised to refund, and weeks have passed. I am thoroughly disappointed with their service and won't shop with them anymore. For a company that was supposed to be reliable e-commerce, Roll.ng failed all the way.

Poor Customer Support and Unresolved Issues
Excited about using Roll.ng from reviews I'd read, I have had no other feeling than frustration. Website bugs everywhere, and the app crashes any time. I had reached customer support multiple times regarding a delay in delivery, but there was no helpful response. Every time I follow up, they give me the same vague answers, and nothing ever gets resolved. It has made me lose trust in the platform for lack of communication. What is worse, the products I ordered finally arrived late, and they were not in the condition I expected. It is like this company does not care about their customers once they have made a sale. I would not recommend Roll.ng to anyone. They really have to rethink their customer service and quality of products if they ever want to retain any customers.

Disappointing Service, Terrible Delivery
I tried Roll.ng upon seeing their ads and reading reviews online, but I've really been disappointed. First, the website was glitchy, and my order didn't go through properly the first few times. Terrible Experience, Not Worth the Wait
After reading positive reviews, I tried Roll.ng for a product I had been looking for. The ordering process was fine; that is where the positives end. What happened in the actual delivery was way over what was promised?two weeks later, and I had no update on my order. All I got was a response like, "Please be patient," every time I reached out. The product arrived after weeks, but it was damaged. Not What I Expected, Subpar Quality and Service
Roll.ng promised a smooth sail, but it was really bumpy. The product which I ordered came late and didn't turn out right in quality. The description was completely wrong on the website, and the worst material used really disappointed me a lot. Complete Disappointment from Start to Finish
I had very high hopes for Roll.ng, considering all the hype about the platform, but my experience has been terrible. Ease of ordering was quite smooth, and that is just about it. Roll.ng presents itself as if it is a reliable service; absolutely not. I ordered something I really needed, and the website said it would take 4?6 days to deliver. Average Experience
My experience was just okay. The delivery time wasn't great, and while the product met my expectations, I had to chase them for updates. Roll.ng has potential, but their service feels inconsistent. They need to work on not giving updates and slow shipping time.

Terrible Returns Process
Return process too complicated: I got a defective product, tried returning it, couldn't get any clear instructions on how to proceed, and customer support was of no help. This will make me reconsider ordering again from them. Very unsatisfied.

Shipping Delays and Poor Communication
It was delayed by a couple of days, and until I reached out, I did not know. As a matter of fact, it was quite frustrating, really, because Roll.ng did not reach out. Customer support made vague responses to my inquiry, adding to my disappointment. This needs a lot of improvement.

Could Be Better
Although I did receive my order, everything could have gone far more smoothly. The site was slow, and the site's method for tracking was a problem to navigate at times. While the product was no issue whatsoever, I do think that there should be improvement in communications and other areas, generally.

Very Disappointed with Delivery
It was so delayed, I almost thought it was lost. No clear-cut answers were forthcoming after a couple of times of calling them. When this finally arrived, it was not as expected. The whole thing felt unprofessional and, for sure, not something I will be using next time.

Unresponsive Customer Service
This used to happen quite a lot with my issue in placing the order. I never got replies in time after trying to reach them numerous times. When I reached them, the solution was not satisfying. For the business based on customer satisfaction, it really needs to work upon being responsive.

Product Quality Was Just Okay

Misleading Website
The product I got was different from what was on their website. The photos from the website and the descriptions were very misleading, to say the least. Not only that, but my call to them also did not yield any helpful answers either. Definitely not impressed; won't buy off them again.

Average Product but Poor Service
The product was alright, but as far as the whole service is concerned, much is left to be desired-late delivery and when asking for assistance, not many solutions. If they try to minimize the shipping times and take better care of the customers, I would give it another go.

Poor Communication and Delays
It took a bit longer than expected to have my order arrive, and communication from Roll.ng itself was very poor. I didn't know where the package was; replies from them were of no help whatsoever. The product, yeah, it was fine. Just frustrating experiences in general.

Horrible Experience
Terrible experience with Roll.ng: ordered something that was out of stock, and no one had the decency to inform me. I had to chase them for a refund, which was very slow. So disappointed and will never patronize them again. First and last time.

Satisfactory but Slow Delivery
It was an excellent product, but delivery was very slow. The timeframe of waiting was ages over what was promised, and poor communication in the process meant that the delays in delivery made it less satisfying. As for the actual item, it was exactly as described. A bit of improvement on the shipping would be appreciated.

Lack of Product Availability
I have ordered an item shown as available, but during checkout, I have been informed that it is out of stock. After several days, waiting perhaps for restock, I decided to cancel the order. The site really needs better stock management so as not to frustrate customers.

Terrible Service, Never Again
